    摘要: This invention provides solutions for patent debt financing. In one embodiment, there is pooling of Patent Owners. There can be at least two Patent Owners pooling patent(s) together. This provides for diversification. Pooling makes it easier to get the asset class rated by a ratings agency. Pooling makes it more attractive to Lenders, since there is less risk of default. In another embodiment, a Patent Owner can combine or pool patents from different technology areas into one portfolio. This provides for diversification.     摘要: Using the private blockchain, the present invention will permit simultaneous cooperation between multiple, worldwide Patent Offices when reviewing patent applications by having a single repository for 1. prior art submitted by the applicant; 2. prior art identified by the various examiners at the NPOs; and 3. third parties. All prior art for a given patent in examination is stored in one repository (such as provided by the present invention) and it is (at first) controlled by cooperating national patent Offices. The repository can be controlled by other parties that are not national patent Offices. Using the private blockchain, the present invention will permit a patent Owner or Applicant to select worldwide patent law firms to draft and prosecute a patent application in worldwide countries. The patent Owner or Applicant can select which countries he wants to file patent applications in. The patent Owner or Applicant can list specific requirements regarding the background/education/work experience for which patent attorneys should file his patent applications.

    摘要: The analytics embodiment uses artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, predictive analytics and computerized analytics. The analytics embodiment generates patent analytics and intelligence to analyze and value patents. The analytics embodiment can have smartphone applications. Smartphone applications can provide notifications, alerts, reminders, etc. Smartphone applications can include key features, including navigation tools. The analytics embodiment will facilitate crowdsource functionality for validity, relevance and valuation.A corresponding IP platform could allow startups to partner with big companies, to get mentorship and industry partnerships. This can help the startups with connections and eventually get acquired. This is common at incubators/accelerators. Therefore, we can add a virtual incubator/accelerator. The virtual incubator can have experts teach the startups and advise them on raising angel and venture capital money. Angel investors and venture capitalists can be guest lecturers and provide advice to startups. Teachers can help startups prepare paperwork to apply for government grants, such as small business and STTR/SBIR tech transfer government grants.Furthermore, a corresponding IP platform can have an automated patent valuation system. A user can enter 1. An individual patent or 2. A pool of multiple patents. Then, the IP platform will automatically calculate the patent valuation. The analytics embodiment is the IP platform search and analytics software system. Therefore, this automated patent valuation system can be part of the analytics embodiment. The automated valuation can show multiple different patent valuations, based on different valuation techniques. Also, the automated valuation can show all of the individual patent valuations. This automated valuation can include the mean, median, and/or average patent valuations from multiple different valuations, based on different valuation techniques.

    摘要: Qscore is the most advanced tool available for ranking the potential commercial value of a patent or a portfolio of patents. Other ranking methods typically rely heavily on a patent's reference graph (citations to/from other patents). Qscore is far more sophisticated: using data mining tokenization techniques, Qscore takes into account multiple factors correlated with patent value. This document generally describes the method used to assign a quality score to each patent, which is used to bias the ranking of the results returned from the keyword-based searching in the analytics embodiment of the present invention. This quality score, denoted by Qscore, is designed to identify the patents that are not only relevant to the user's query but also possess some additional, query independent, quality characteristics.     摘要: A system and method which assesses for stakeholders or ownership holders in intangible property is disclosed, which utilizes tokens such as NFTs (non-fungible tokens) to represent ownership of unique stakes in intellectual property. The present invention provides an automated valuation of patents to assist with transfer pricing, by utilizing NFTs. This is not limited to patents, and can cover all transfer pricing (not limited to IP) utilizing NFTs, including all kinds of royalties. The present invention can apply to IP transactions, such as patent transactions. The present invention can authenticate those who are initiating the transfer, along with providing a hierarchical approval from supervisors and executives. In another embodiment, the present invention can include automated transfer pricing and automated IP valuation. However, manual IP valuation could also be used. The present invention is an automated valuation solution, as well as a joint automated and manual valuation solution.
