The linear vibrator includes a bracket supporting the linear vibrator from a lower position. The bracket has a depression in a bottom thereof such that a coil lead wire of a coil is placed in the depression, thus preventing friction between the coil lead wire and a movable unit.

摘要： A linear type vibration motor having a magnet casing is disclosed. The linear type vibration motor in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention includes a magnet assembly having a pair of magnets, in which same magnetic poles thereof face each other, a magnet casing, which has a hollow part formed therein and houses the magnet assembly in the hollow part, a base, which has a bobbin formed thereon and in which the magnet casing is inserted into the bobbin, a coil, which is coupled to the bobbin, a weight, which is coupled to both ends of the magnet casing, and a pair of elastic bodies, which are interposed between either end of the base and either end of the weight, respectively. Thus, the operating lifetime of the linear type vibration motor can be extended, and this arrangement can prevent the linear type vibration motor from being damaged by an external shock.

摘要： A vibration motor is disclosed. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the vibration motor includes a base, a vibrator, which reciprocates in the base, a protruding part, which is formed on at least one of the base and the vibrator, and an elastic body, which is interposed between the base and the vibrator and has a through-part formed therein and in which the protruding part is inserted into the through-part and the elastic body is coupled to the base or the vibrator by caulking or bending the protruding part which is protruded through the through-part. Thus, the vibration motor can have a uniform resonant frequency characteristic since a spring is coupled by way of caulking or bending.

A weight is coupled to the coil. A PCB is connected to the coil and the stator. An elastic member is coupled to stator and the coil. A damper is provided on the weight at a position facing the elastic member. The damper may be provided between the elastic member and the weight or between the elastic member and the inner surface of a casing. The damper can mitigate metallic high frequency noise attributable to friction between the elastic member and the weight or between the elastic member and the casing. Furthermore, the spatial utilization is increased, thereby enhancing the degree of freedom in designing the linear vibration motor.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a linear vibrator. The linear vibrator includes a casing defining an internal space. A vibratory unit is accommodated in the casing to vibrate up and down. A spring is mounted at an upper circumferential end thereof to an upper surface of the casing and secured at a lower end thereof to an upper portion of the vibratory unit, thus elastically supporting the vibratory unit. An annular locking ring has a larger outer diameter than an outer diameter of the vibratory unit and an outer diameter of the spring so that the upper circumferential end of the spring is locked to the casing through press-fitting. A bracket supports the casing and the vibratory unit, with a circuit board being mounted on the bracket.

摘要： The present invention provides a horizontal linear vibrator which can increase vibration strength while at the same time guaranteeing a sufficiently long lifetime and satisfactory responsivity. The horizontal linear vibrator includes a casing, a bracket, a vibration unit and springs. The bracket and the casing form the internal space therein. A coil is provided above the bracket such that the center axis thereof is oriented in a horizontal direction. The vibration unit is disposed through the coil and comprises a magnetic field generating unit and a weight. The magnetic field generating unit includes a magnet assembly and a yoke. The magnet assembly has magnets which are provided on opposite sides of a magnetic body core such that the similar magnetic poles of the magnets face each other. The weight is mounted to the magnetic field generating unit. The springs are coupled to the casing or the bracket and elastically support the vibration unit.
