Abstract: A lamination for a stator of an electric motor includes: a material sheet having a generally circular shape with a center and a radial direction, an outer contour, and an inner contour, the outer and inner contours being generally concentric with the center. The inner contour is defined by an arrangement of a plurality of teeth and a plurality of stator slots, each tooth of the plurality of teeth having one stator slot of the plurality of stator slots to a first side of the tooth and one stator slot of the plurality of stator slots to a second side of the tooth, the inner contour defining a rotor hole for receiving a rotor of the electric motor. The material sheet has a plurality of internal cooling holes arranged around the rotor hole.

Abstract: A method of producing a CoFe alloy strip is provided. The method comprises hot rolling a CoFe alloy to form a hot rolled strip, followed by quenching the strip from a temperature above 700° C. to a temperature of 200° C. The CoFe alloy comprises an order/disorder temperature To/d and a ferritic/austenitic transformation temperature Tα/γ, wherein Tα/γ>To/d. The method further comprises cold rolling the hot rolled strip, after cold rolling, continuous annealing the strip at a maximum temperature T1, wherein 500° C.

Abstract: A stator (2) for use in a slotless electric motor (1), particularly an electronically commutated motor, has a winding body (21) in the form of a hollow cylinder, consisting of three or more coils (26), and having a working section (15) located between two winding heads (23, 23′) at two longitudinal ends of the winding body (21), and a cylindrical stator lamination stack (22), close-fittingly encompassing said working section (15) of the winding body (21). The two winding heads (23) consist of the longitudinal ends (28) of the three or more coils (26). They positively lock the stator lamination stack (22) along a longitudinal axis (19) of the winding body (21). The two winding heads (23) have the shape of a circular flange with an inner radius (rwh) essentially equal to an inner radius (rws) of the working section (15) of the winding body (21).

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a laminated iron core includes forming laminated blocks to form each laminated block, laminating the laminated blocks to form a laminated iron core, and crimping dowels of the iron core pieces to each other. The method further includes measuring a plate thickness of a punchable portion of a workpiece, calculating an estimated lamination thickness, measuring a lamination thickness of the laminated iron core, and calculating a corrected value. The measuring the lamination thickness is performed before the crimping the dowels. The calculating the estimated lamination thickness performed after the calculating the corrected value includes calculating the estimated lamination thickness by accumulating a corrected plate thickness. The forming the laminated blocks includes adjusting the number of laminations of the iron core pieces in each of the laminated blocks such that the lamination thickness of the laminated iron core approaches the estimated lamination thickness.

Abstract: A single winding hybrid excitation magnetic field modulation motor includes a stator, a rotor, a winding and a permanent magnet. The stator includes a stator iron core, a permanent magnet and a winding. The stator iron core includes stator teeth and stator yoke. Each stator tooth is split into an equal number of split teeth facing the air gap side. All permanent magnets are embedded in the grooves between the split teeth on the same stator tooth, the polarity of all permanent magnets located on the same stator tooth is the same, and the polarity of the permanent magnets on the adjacent stator teeth is opposite. A single non-overlapping concentrated winding is wound on all stator teeth, and DC current and AC current are simultaneously passed into each set of windings, in which field winding and permanent magnet are excited together to form hybrid excitation.

Abstract: A motor stator wiring structure includes a stator wiring frame, a connecting element, and a wire group. The stator wiring frame has a block which has a connecting portion. The connecting portion has a first mating surface. Each wire in the wire group has a bare wire segment, an encapsulation segment, and an extension segment. The encapsulation segments of the wires are assembled within channels of the connecting member. The connecting member has a second mating surface that is connected to the first mating surface of the connecting portion. Multiple coils are wound around the stator wiring frame, and the lead ends of the coils are respectively wound around the bare wire ends of the wires and soldered in place. This achieves the simplification of the production process, reduction of production costs, and adaptability to adjusting the wiring for motors of different size specifications in the motor stator wiring structure.
