The fabricating method of the flat panel display device includes: preparing a substrate defined into a pixel region and a pad contact region; forming a gate electrode and a link line; forming a pixel electrode within the pixel region; forming an oxide layer on the substrate provided with the pixel electrode; forming a passivation layer on the substrate and performing a formation process of contact holes to expose the link line; and forming a second transparent conductive material film on the substrate.

When user requests to store certain mail permanently, mail server transforms the requested mail data into permanent mail data with predetermined format. The transformed mail data is transmitted to an external server, the external server is a various kind of server that provides personal information storage space. The external server stores received permanent mail data on corresponding user area. If user requests to read permanent mail, the mail server requests the requested permanent mail data to the external server, and the external server transmits the requested permanent mail data to the mail server, by which users can read mails indicated as permanent mail regardless mail capacity of mail box.

The shift register in one embodiment includes stages having any one of first and second start pulses, and any one of first to fourth clock pulses to forward a scan pulse in succession, wherein the first and second start pulses are in gate high voltage states for two horizontal periods, with the second start pulse forwarded with a delay of one horizontal period than the first start pulse.
