    摘要: A server configured to receive video clips from a mobile device, such as eyewear. The server has an electronic processor enabled to execute computer instructions to process the video clips to identify one or more characteristics in the frames of the video clips. The processor selects the video clips having the identified characteristics in the frames and creates a set of the selected video clips having the identified characteristics in the frames. The processor automatically trims, or allows a user of the mobile device to edit and trim the video clips having the identified characteristics to create trimmed video clip segments. The processor enables a user of the mobile device to view, post, send, and export a selected said video clip segment to another user.

    摘要: A spur detection and spur cancellation apparatus in a multiple sub-carrier digital communication receiver includes a spur detection block that estimates, using one or more Fourier transforms, a frequency location of a narrowband interference spur in a received digital signal that includes a plurality of sub-carriers, and a spur cancellation block that attenuates the estimated narrowband interference spur. The spur detection block may use a fast Fourier transform (FFT) and/or a discrete Fourier transform (DFT) to locate a frequency and to measure a discrete power spectra of the narrowband interference spur. A channel state information block in the receiver may adjust a channel state information metric based on the located frequency and/or the measured discrete power spectra of the narrowband interference spur.

A cross-correlation between IFFT outputs of received samples with different spectral shift and OFDM symbol index is used to identify the channel impulse response. Upon determination of the channel impulse, the estimated integer frequency offset and OFDM symbol index can then be determined.

    摘要: A non-lethal insect trap, comprising a shaft connected to a two-axis gimbal, a transparent receptacle connected to the gimbal configured to surround an insect, a lid connected to the receptacle and means to rotatably cover and uncover the opening of the receptacle with the lid. Regarding the gimbal, a first axis is configured to automatically return the receptacle to an initial position while a second axis is configured to allow for manual adjustment without returning to an initial position. The trap further comprises a handle connected to the shaft, a cable internally routed through the shaft for connecting the handle with the lid and a spring connected to the lid and receptacle. The spring is configured to rotate the lid to the uncovered position when tension is released rotate the lid to the covered position when tension is applied to the cable.
