摘要: A driverless transportation vehicle for piece goods has a chassis, a traction drive, a load-transfer device with a load-transfer drive, and a control system. The chassis has at least two wheels arranged on an axle and the traction drive is configured to drive the wheels. The load-transfer device picks up an item of piece goods and transfer its center of mass on the vehicle. The control system controls the traction drive to prevent the transportation vehicle from tilting about the axle of the chassis, while the driverless transportation vehicle balances on only the at least two wheels. The control system additionally actuates the load-transfer drive in such a way that the position of the center of mass of the cargo is adapted for a driving maneuver that is to be carried out.

摘要: Items are sorted into target points that are logically linked to their destination. The target points are arranged in a matrix array and in a first plane. One or more destinations can be logically assigned, at least temporarily, to the target points. First sorting conveyors run in a first direction and have discharge modules which can be actuated by a sorting controller. The conveyors are arranged in a second plane above the first plane and run between rows of target points. The discharge modules in the first sorting conveyors can serve target points on both sides of the sorting conveyors with sorting items intended for these target points. A pre-sorting conveyor with discharge modules is arranged laterally of the array of target points and is controlled to pass a sorting item to the sorting conveyor that serves the target point intended for this sorting item.

摘要: A computer-implemented method, a device for data processing and a computer system for controlling a control device of a conveyor system to achieve an alignment and/or a defined spacing of piece goods, wherein the control of the control device is determined by an agent acting according to Reinforcement Learning methods. An individual, local state vector of predefined dimension that is the same for all the piece goods is created for each of the piece goods and an action vector is selected from an action space according to a strategy that is the same for all piece goods for the current state vector of this piece good. These action vectors are projected onto the conveying elements, wherein conflicts are resolved. After a cycle time has elapsed, state vectors are created again for each piece good and evaluated with rewards and the strategy is adjusted.

摘要: An apparatus for taking hold of and releasing an object, which may be surrounded by a packaging with no surface stiffness and/or be positionally unstable in some circumstances. The apparatus includes: a manually and/or machine-controlled arm which can be actively directed to the object; a suction opening arranged at the freely moving end of the arm; a suction device for providing a negative pressure required at the suction opening; and a controllable vacuum check valve at the suction opening for adjusting the negative pressure acting on the object. The device makes it possible, using suction, to securely take hold of and then correspondingly further transport objects that are difficult due to their surface properties, e.g., items to be sorted with an inhomogeneous shape and/or a porous surface and/or items to be sorted that are packed, for instance, in plastic bags.
