    摘要： A policy rule scenario control apparatus comprises a scenario data storing unit storing one or more scenario data produced by combinations of a plurality of types of policy rules and applying conditions of these policy rules, a monitoring unit monitoring an operating state of a network device, a scenario selecting unit selecting the scenario data having the applying condition suitable to the monitor result, and a scenario implementing unit implementing policy control on the network device on the basis of, in the selected scenario data, the policy rule having the applying condition suitable to the monitor result, and implementing the policy control on the network device on the basis of a result of the implementation and another policy rule having the applying condition suitable to a subsequent monitor result. This enables automatically applying the policy rule validly according to the network state varying at all times.

    摘要： A peer node according to the present invention relates to a peer node for constructing a peer-to-peer (P2P) network allowing P2P type communication. The peer node includes a unit dividing a share target file for information sharing through the P2P network into a plurality of divided files in a form where contents of each divided file makes no sense by itself; a unit distributing and arranging the plurality of divided files to and in a plurality of peer nodes including the own peer node and at least one other peer node constituting the P2P network; and a unit moving each of the divided files of distribution and arrangement between the plurality of peer nodes at a certain period of time.

    摘要： A network access control method for a network system comprising network apparatuses having a packet filtering function, a service server connected with an IP network via the network apparatus, providing a service to a user, a user terminal connected with the IP network via the network apparatus, for the user to utilize the service provided by the service server, a reception server connected with the IP network via the network apparatus, receiving an access from the user for the service server, and an access control server controlling the network apparatuses. The method comprising the steps of a) the reception server receiving access request information from the user terminal, and holding it, and b) the access controlling server performing traffic control such as to extract, based on processing capability of the service server and a traffic amount for the service server, such an amount of the access request information as that the service server can optimally deal with, so as to allow the access for the service server.
