    摘要: Embodiments of an observation system are disclosed herein. The observation system includes at least one observation device having at least one observation unit configured to observe at least one observation object in accordance with at least one first instruction data set. The observation system also includes at least one access control arrangement configured to control access to the observation device by at least one access entity. The access control arrangement includes at least one first peer-to-peer module assigned to the observation device and configured to forward at least one first instruction data set to the observation unit. Also included is at least one peer-to-peer application of at least one peer-to-peer network. The peer-to-peer application is configured to control the access to the observation device by allowing the access entity to cause the provision of at least one first instruction data set to the first peer-to-peer module.

The method includes distributing information, regarding location in the storage system of a plurality of files in a directory, to a plurality of owners in a plurality of storage nodes of the storage system, wherein ownership of differing subsets of the plurality of files of the directory is distributed among differing owners in differing storage nodes. The method includes receiving a request for location information in the storage system of a file of the plurality of files in the directory and determining, based on a file name of the file and an identity of the directory, which of the plurality of owners has ownership of the file and the location information for the file.

    摘要: One or more techniques and/or systems are provided for generating a bundle package, digitally signing the bundle package, selectively disturbing the bundle package, and/or indexing one or more resource packages retrieved from the bundle package. That is, a bundle package (e.g., an application or game bundle package) comprises one or more app packages comprising application code configured to execute on various computing environments (e.g., operating systems, processors, etc.). The bundle package may comprise one or more resource packages comprising supplemental data used to provide optional user experience functionality for the application (e.g., French language support, high resolution textures, a gaming pad support, etc.). In this way, a client device may selectively download portions of the bundle package that may be relevant, which may mitigate download bandwidth, storage space, or resources otherwise used to obtain unnecessary portions of the bundle package (e.g., a tablet device may merely download low resolution textures).

    摘要: Provided herein are systems and methodologies for highly efficient backup and restoration in a network-based backup system. A distributed, hybrid peer-to-peer (P2P)/cloud backup architecture is leveraged, wherein information can be segmented and distributed across a set of peers and one or more global storage locations (e.g., cloud storage locations) within an associated network or internetwork. Using this architecture, images and/or delta blocks corresponding to respective images are intelligently placed across storage locations based on various network factors such as node locality, health, capacity, or the like. Similarly, restoration of a system can be performed by querying respective locations at which data corresponding to a desired system state are located and pulling the data from one or more optimal network locations as listed in an index and/or a similar structure based on similar network factors.
