    摘要: Method and apparatus for manufacturing a heater roller which includes a cylindrical electrically insulating substrate having an outer circumferential surface, and an electrically resistive heat generating layer formed on the substrate for heating a desired member in evenly pressing contact with that member, wherein an electrically resistive paste for forming the electrically resistive layer is delivered from a paste delivery tube of a paste delivery device onto the outer circumferential surface of the substrate, while the cylindrical substrate is rotated about its axis and while the paste delivery device and the electrically insulating substrate are fed relative to each other in the axial direction of the cylindrical substrate, such that the relative feeding speed is controlled in relation to the relative position of the paste delivery device and the substrate in the axial direction of the substrate, within a range that permits formation of a film of the electrically resistive paste on the substrate, which film is continuous in the axial direction of the substrate.

The solar cell element is produced by a method including the step of preparing a silicon substrate and an electroconductive paste containing an aluminum powder and a powder containing zinc, the step of applying the electroconductive paste onto the silicon substrate, the step of heating the electroconductive paste applied onto the silicon substrate at a temperature higher than the melting point of the powder containing zinc to melt the electroconductive paste, and the step of cooling the molten electroconductive paste to form an electrode.
