    摘要: A malfunction detecting device for a solar cell panel includes an AC source that is provided on one of positive and negative sides of a solar cell panel body and can apply AC voltage superimposed on DC voltage to the solar cell panel, a measuring means provided on another of the positive and negative sides of the solar cell panel body to measure voltage or current output from the solar cell panel, and a control unit including a malfunction determination portion that controls the AC source to control input voltage or input current to be input to the solar cell panel and determines malfunction in the solar cell panel by comparing the input voltage or the input current to output voltage or output current measured by the measuring means. The malfunction determination portion includes a panel body malfunction determination portion and a bypass diode malfunction determination portion.

Using two or more carriers having different particle sizes, a carrier having a smaller particle size is sensitized with at least one monoclonal antibody, which is selected from among three monoclonal antibodies being reactive with both of a free antigen and a complex antigen and having different recognition sites from each other, while a carrier having a larger particle size is sensitized with the remainder monoclonal antibodies, thereby providing an assay reagent and an assay method whereby the reactivities of a free antigen and a complex antigen can be controlled.

    摘要: A power cable such as a rubber or plastic insulated power cable is diagnosed to be detected an insulation deterioration resulted from water tree generated in an insulation material thereof. At first, charging current flowing from the power cable through a grounding conductor connected to a metal shielding layer thereof to the ground is measured under a state that a rated AC voltage is applied to the power cable. In accordance with the charging current, stray current flowing from the ground to the power cable is calculated. Then, a direct current component of the charging current is detected, and an intrinsic direct current component is calculated by subtracting the stray current from the direct current component. The insulation deterioration is diagnosed in accordance with the level of the intrinsic direct current component.

    摘要: A method for diagnosing an insulation deterioration of a power cable comprising a step of measuring a DC current component in the AC voltage applied to said power cable, by using a filter circuit for cutting off an AC current and a DC current measuring apparatus for measuring small magnitude of DC current. According to the present invention, said filter circuit and said DC current measuring apparatus are joined in parallel each other and connected between a power source and one end portion of said power cable to be diagnosed. The DC current measuring apparatus can detect the polarity, magnitude, and time lapse characteristics of said DC current component for analyzing and estimating the insulation deterioration.

    摘要: The present invention provides a maltooligoside derivative represented by the formula: ##STR1## wherein n denotes an integer 3-5, R represents an aromatic chromophoric group, X represents a group >CHCH.sub.2 N.sub.3 or >C.dbd.CH.sub.2, and Y represents a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbon group or an alkyl- or arylsulfonyl group, a reagent for determining .alpha.-amylase activity which comprises said maltooligoside derivative as an effective ingredient, and a process for determining .alpha.-amylase activity, characterized in that said maltooligoside derivative and coupled enzymes are added to an .alpha.-amylase containing sample to conduct an enzymatic reaction and a liberated aromatic chromophoric compound is quantitatively determined. The compound of the present invention is very useful as a substrate for determining .alpha.-amylase activity, and .alpha.-amylase activity can be easily measured accurately in a short time by using the reagent without affection of the other ingredients contained in the sample.
