摘要: An electromagnetic relay includes an electromagnet device, an armature and a fixed terminal. By coil current through a coil, the electromagnet device generates first magnetic flux that forces the armature and the electromagnet device together or apart in a first end in a first direction of the armature. The armature is connected with a movable contact at a second end of the first direction and forces the movable contact and a fixed contact together or apart according to coil current. The fixed terminal is electrically connected with the fixed contact, and provided around the armature so as to cross the armature as seen from a second direction perpendicular to the first direction with the armature closing the fixed and movable contacts. Electric current through the fixed terminal generates a second magnetic flux in the armature, a direction of which is opposite to that of the first magnetic flux.

摘要: Disclosed is an electronic contactor including: a lower body; a magnetic force generator disposed within the lower body and magnetized by electric power transferred from outside to perform suctioning operation; a crossbar coupled to an upper portion of the magnetic force generator and provided with a movable contact to be lifted or lowered; a pair of separable upper bodies each being provided at one side thereof with a stationary contact and an auxiliary stationary contact and respectively coupled to upper opposite ends of the lower body such that the movable contact and auxiliary movable contacts are placed therein, facing ends of the upper bodies being coupled to each other inside the upper bodies so as to face each other; and a cover coupling upper ends of the upper bodies such that an upper end of the crossbar and the movable contact are exposed.

摘要: In an electromagnetic relay 1, the entire circumference 30a of a normally-opened fixed contact 30 and the entire circumference 40a of the normally-closed fixed contact 40 extend beyond movable contacts 25 on a plane roughly perpendicular to the moving direction P of the movable contacts 25. In other words, when the electromagnetic relay 1 is viewed from a movable leaf spring 20 side, all of normally-opened side movable contacts 25a and normally-closed side movable contacts 25b are located within an area surrounded by the entire circumference 30a of the circular normally-opened fixed contact 30 and the entire circumference 40a of the circular normally-closed fixed contact 40. Further, while the number of the movable contacts 25 is two or more, the number of the normally-opened fixed contact 30 and the number of the normally-closed fixed contact 40 are both one.

摘要: An electromagnetic relay includes an electromagnetic block formed by winding a coil around an iron core and a frame shaped card. One end portion of the frame-shaped card is engaged with a movable iron piece that is rotated by being attracted to and separated from a magnetic pole portion of the iron core based on excitation and non-excitation of the electromagnetic block. The electromagnetic relay also includes a contact mechanism portion configured to be driven by the other end portion of the frame-shaped card that makes a reciprocating movement so as to open/close contacts and a pair of protrusions protrusively provided on the same shaft center inside of the one end portion of the frame-shaped card. Both side edge portions of the movable iron piece are held by the one end portion of the card and the protrusions. An adjustment opening is provided between the pair of protrusions.

摘要: An electromagnetic switch is provided which is equipped with a built-in electronic control circuit working to control energization of an exciting coil. The electronic control circuit is disposed within a chamber defined by a magnetic plate to be separate from a contact chamber. In other words, the electronic control circuit is disposed between the magnetic plate and the exciting coil, thereby avoiding the adhesion of conductive dusts, as arising from the wear of contacts, to the surface of the electronic control circuit. This results in decreases in electric insulation and short-circuit of the electronic control circuit and also eliminates the need for additional special parts to electrically insulate and shield the electronic control circuit, thus permitting the electromagnetic switch to be reduced in size and produced at a decreased const.

摘要: An integrally molded coil assembly extends about the intermediate leg, and is wedged between the outer legs of an E-frame magnet. It has rigid interior walls and top and bottom flange portions. Flexible flange extensions extend from the sides of the flange portions. The extensions are coplanar with the flange portions during the coil winding operations, and are bent in overlapping relationship during assembly of the coil form on the magnet. The flange portions are dimensioned so that the extensions are tightly wedged against the outer legs.

摘要: The relay contains an excitation coil, a U-shaped yoke with one of its legs serving as the core of the coil, and an armature to operate at least one switching contact of a contact carrier unit. This unit contains a supporting bridge which extends essentially perpendicularly to the axis of the coil and which carries the contact finger(s) of the switching contact(s). The contact carrier unit is fastened to the free leg of the yoke. One edge of the face end of the free yoke leg serves as knife-edge bearing for the armature. The armature is fastened to the free yoke leg by a holding element. In order to make the relay compact and easy to assemble, the armature is angularly formed, thus having a magnetically active leg and a free leg. The free leg which does interact with the core of the coil extends essentially parallel to the free yoke leg. The contact fingers are positioned essentially parallel to the axis of the coil. The supporting bridge is provided with a fastening piece. By means of this piece, the contact carrier unit is fastened through a single screw on that part of the free yoke leg which is not covered by the free leg of the armature.
