    摘要: A relay apparatus incorporates at least first and second relays having respective first and second electromagnetic coils, with a single yoke partially surrounding each of the coils. When current is passed through only the first electromagnetic coil, to activate the first relay, resultant magnetic flux acting on the armature of the second relay is attenuated by passing a current through the second electromagnetic coil to produce opposing-direction magnetic flux. When current is passed in the opposite direction through the second coil, to activate the second relay, the magnetic fluxes produced by the first and second electromagnetic coils become mutually reinforced, thereby reducing the power consumption required to activate both of the relays and to maintain that activated state.

For this, there is a contact switching device in which a movable iron core (142) provided at one end portion of a movable shaft is attracted to a fixed iron core, based on excitation and degauss of an electromagnet portion, by which the movable shaft reciprocates in a shaft center direction, and a movable contact of a movable contact piece arranged at another end portion of the movable shaft contacts and departs from a fixed contact. Particularly, the movable iron core (142) has a cylindrical outer circumferential portion (142a) and an annular attracting and sticking portion (142b), and a ratio between an inner diameter and an outer diameter of the cylindrical outer circumferential portion (142a) is 77% or less.

    摘要: A sealed contact relay has a plurality of sealed switches each enclosed in a modular cartridge. The relay structure has a Ushaped yoke made of magnetic material with two coils, one surrounding each leg of the yoke. A set of spaced magnetic flux fingers extend from the end of each leg of the yoke and in the same general direction. The cartridges are removably mounted between the spaced flux fingers of each set and bridge across the magnetic gap between the two sets of flux fingers. An indicator cap is attached to the top of the relay having a pivotally mounted indicator arm which swings away from a spring-biased position when the coils are energized. In another embodiment, a manual actuator is provided and has a magnet that can be moved into magnetic contact with the flux fingers to cause flux to flow in either direction through them.
