    摘要： A method of and an apparatus are provided for signaling a transmission code set in data broadcasting. A client using the transmission code set signaling method includes a demultiplexer demultiplexing a packetized elementary stream (PES) packet corresponding to a program selected by a user from the broadcasting stream received by the system interface, an image decoder decoding the demultiplexed PES for images, a sound decoder decoding the demultiplexed PES for sound, and a CPU fetching information about a transmission code set of a character string used in an object carousel message from the demultiplexed message PES and decoding the character string used in the object carousel message based on the fetched information about the transmission code set.

    摘要： An apparatus for providing multiple screens and a method of dynamically configuring multiple screens are provided. The apparatus includes a digital signal processing module which receives at least one of video information, audio information, and data information and rectories a plurality of services based on the at least one of the video information, the audio information and the data information; a service processing module which generates a display screen and a plurality of logical screens for displaying the restored services; and an output module which maps the plurality of logical screens provided by the service processing module to different locations on the display screen, wherein each of the plurality of logical screens includes at least one of a background still image, a video raster, and a graphic raster, and each of the plurality of logical screens has attribute information indicating an order of arranging the at least one of the background still image, the video raster, and the graphic raster included in the logical screen.

The apparatus includes a digital signal processing module which receives at least one of video information, audio information and data information, and restores a service based on the at least one of the video information, the audio information and the data information, a service processing module which generates a plurality of logical screens for displaying the restored service, and an output module which maps the plurality of logical screens provided by the service processing module to different locations on a display screen. An application present in the service is identified by a service context in which the application is executed and by identification inform.
