    摘要: A method and a device for registering three-dimensional data are disclosed. The method for registering three-dimensional data comprises: generating first two-dimensional data by two-dimensionally converting first three-dimensional data indicating a surface of a three-dimensional model of a target, generating second two-dimensional data by two-dimensionally converting second three-dimensional data indicating at least a part of the three-dimensional surface of the target; determining a first matching region in the first two-dimensional data and a second matching region in the second two-dimensional data by matching the second two-dimensional data to the first two-dimensional data; setting, as initial position, a plurality of points of the first three-dimensional data, which correspond to the first matching region and a plurality of points of the second three-dimensional data, which correspond to the second matching region; and registering the first three-dimensional data and the second three-dimensional data using the initial position.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a device and a method for acquiring multi-luminosity images, wherein images having multiple luminosities in visible-ray and infrared wavelength domains can be captured and synthesized by using optical filter transmittance adjustment and infrared lighting strength adjustment. The device may comprise: a camera unit for photographing a predetermined subject and acquiring images thereof; a lighting unit disposed on the periphery of the camera unit, the lighting unit comprising a first infrared lamp for modulating and emitting infrared light according to the distance from the subject and a second infrared lamp for modulating and emitting infrared light according to the photography environment; an optical filter unit disposed on the front surface of the camera unit so as to adjust the amount of transmission of light directed to the camera unit; a lamp control unit for controlling the first infrared lamp such that infrared light is modulated on the basis of the distance from the subject; a luminosity multiplexing unit for producing a light multiplexing signal so as to control infrared light modulation by the second infrared lamp and the transmittance of the optical filter unit on the basis of the photography environment; and an image processing unit for synthesizing and processing multiple captured images.

The method for determining an edge location according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of determining, based on the edge width of an edge profile in an image, a power factor to be applied to a gradient of the edge profile in order to determine an edge location, calculating a difference value between values of adjacent pixels in the edge profile to generate the gradient, and applying the power factor determined based on the edge width to the gradient to determine the edge location.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method for preparing an implant including preparing a mixed etching composition including hydrogen peroxide and a water-soluble carbonate compound and oxidatively etching an implant made of titanium or a titanium alloy by immersing the same in the etching composition; a titanium or titanium alloy implant prepared by oxidative etching with a mixed etching composition including hydrogen peroxide and a water-soluble carbonate compound; and a composition for treating surface of an implant containing hydrogen peroxide and a water-soluble carbonate compound. Further, the present invention relates to a titanium or titanium alloy implant which is prepared by oxidative etching with a mixed etching composition including hydrogen peroxide and a basic solution and on which surface bumps having continuous or discontinuous line-shaped open channel structures in nanoscale are irregularly formed, and a preparation method thereof. The surface of the titanium alloys treated with the mixed etching composition including hydrogen peroxide and a carbonate compound or the etching composition containing hydrogen peroxide and a basic solution of the present invention includes micrometer-sized bumps and channel-shaped nanometer-sized bumps, and thus has an increased surface area, and can not only improve wettability, but also effectively promote cell proliferation and osteocyte differentiation. In addition, the composition includes no chemical compounds such as a strong acid, etc. and is thus environmentally friendly, and such compounds can be prevented from remaining on the surface, which can improve biocompatibility, and therefore, the composition can be useful for implant surface treatment.

    摘要: The present invention pertains to a novel liposome-based contrast agent that is for suppressing absorption in the reticuloendothelial system and for tumor-specific delivery of a radiolabeled substance. More specifically, the present invention pertains to: a liposome contrast agent containing a lipid and a compound of chemical formula 1, which is a radiolabeled substance, the liposome contrast agent being characterized in that the lipid is composed of (a) cholesterol, (b) 1,2-dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DPPC), and (c) 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N [methoxy(polyethylene glycol)-2000] (DSPE-PEG2000); and a cancer diagnostic composition containing the liposome contrast agent as an active ingredient. If a liposome system, containing a contrast substance of chemical formula 1 having a unique lipid composition provided by the present invention, is manufactured, the tumor-to-organ uptake ratio of the contrast substance in the reticuloendothelial system increases significantly, thus greatly increasing the tumor diagnostic efficiency of the compound of chemical formula 1.
