摘要： The invention described herein pertains to a solid pharmaceutical composition comprising EC145 for reconstitution to provide a solution for intravenous injection, particularly to a lyophilized solid pharmaceutical composition comprising EC145 which has adequate stability for storage at ambient temperature and which is capable of redissolving in an aqueous diluent prior to administration, as well as a process for its manufacture, drug products comprising the composition and methods for using the composition for treating cancer.
