    Abstract: A method is disclosed to seamlessly migrating multi-container Docker Compose applications to a single container IoT Edge System greatly expands the number of applications and solutions available. The ability to run multi-container Docker Compose applications on single container per application IoT Edge Devices with no significant modifications to the application and without impacting the security of the IoT Edge Device and System is accomplished by having a special container, called Composer, that can run Docker Compose commands to start, stop, and manage compose applications. In the IoT Edge System, a special Composer Controller container is created, that uploads the compose application to Composer. Once uploaded, the Composer Controller container instructs Composer to run the compose application.

    Abstract: A first replaceable unit is provided for use with a second replaceable unit in an electrophotographic image forming device. The first replaceable unit includes a latch movable between a latching position for latching the first replaceable unit to the second replaceable unit and an unlatching position for permitting the first replaceable unit to separate from the second replaceable unit. The latch is positioned to contact a latch catch on the second replaceable unit in order to prevent the first replaceable unit from separating from the second replaceable unit when the first replaceable unit is mated with the second replaceable unit and the latch is in the latching position. The latch includes a cam follower surface for contacting a camming surface on the second replaceable unit during mating of the first replaceable unit with the second replaceable unit to cause the latch to move toward the latching or unlatching position.

    Abstract: Sound or video systems are used to deliver predetermined content to a customer audience. It is important to validate that the intended material is being received and understood by the targeted audience. Sound or video system service providers prove their value by providing feedback metrics that the system is working as expected. The present invention automates and enhances this process and makes the validation continuous for constant validation at a much lower cost. Enhancements creates metrics beyond a human's ability to discern the quality of the service. The also includes features that can automatically determine the cause and recommended solution if the system's performance is not as expected. The metrics are then aggregated for full system wide operation in a graphical and tabular analytic interface.

    Abstract: A replaceable unit for an electrophotographic image forming device includes a housing having a reservoir for holding toner. An electrical connector is positioned on a first side of the housing. The electrical connector includes an electrical contact for contacting a corresponding electrical contact in the image forming device. The electrical contact of the replaceable unit is electrically connected to processing circuitry mounted on the housing. The electrical connector is movable between a first position and a second position. The electrical contact of the replaceable unit moves outward from the first side of the housing along a side-to-side dimension of the housing when the electrical connector moves from the first position to the second position. The electrical contact of the replaceable unit faces downward when the electrical connector is in the second position permitting the corresponding electrical contact to contact the electrical contact of the replaceable unit from below.
