摘要： A portable electronic device includes a main body, a housing and a protective cover. The main body includes a keypad. The housing is attached to the main body. The housing defines a receiving space and two guiding grooves. The two guiding grooves are positioned at two opposite sides of the receiving space and communicating with the receiving space. The protective cover includes two rails respectively engaged in the two guiding grooves. The protective cover is slidable in the receiving space along the guiding grooves to cover or expose the keypad.

摘要： A battery cover assembly for a portable electronic device is disclosed including a base member, a cover member rotatably attached with the base member, a connecting body, a protruding post, a sleeve, and an elastic member. The connecting body guides the rotation of the cover member about the axis of the protruding post. A sleeve rotates along with the cover member and can maintain the cover member at any position relative to the base member during rotation of the cover member. The elastic member can disengage the sleeve from the base member.

The first resisting bar is slidably embedded in the stopping slot. The elastic member compresses the first resisting bar to abut against the fastening seat. When the first resisting bar slides out of the fastening hole and abuts against the fastening seat, the second resisting bar is slidably embedded in the stopping slot.

The battery cover (10) includes a plurality of latching portions (122). The elastic member (20) is mounted in the main body (30), and includes a body section (24) and a resisting section (28) extending from the body section (24). The latching portions (122) engages through openings in the body section (24) and are elastically resisted by the resisting portion (28) to releasably latch the battery cover (10) to the main body (30). When detaching the battery cover (10) from the main body (30), the resisting section (28 is elastically biased by the latching portions (122) to accumulate elastic force, the latching portions (122) is pushed away from the body section (24) under the elastic force of the resisting section (28).
