摘要: A roller screw of the present invention has a screw shaft 1 having a roller rolling surface 1a spirally formed with a lead on an outer surface thereof; a nut 2 having a roller rolling surface 2a spirally formed on an inner surface thereof to face the roller rolling surface 1a of the screw shaft 1; and a plurality of rollers 4 arranged in a rolling path 3 between the roller rolling surface 1a of the screw shaft 1 and the roller rolling surface 2a of the nut 2 and moving around the screw shaft while rotating on rotation axes of the rollers. In this roller screw, each of the rotation axes 4a of the rollers 4 substantially crosses a center line 1b of the screw shaft 1. Since each of the rotation axes 4a of the rollers 4 crosses the center line 1b of the screw shaft 1 (in other words, the rollers 4 arranged in the rolling path 3 are not skewed from the beginning) even when the rolling path 3 has the lead, the roller 4 are allowed to move smoothly.

摘要: An electromagnetic relay includes a flat base made of an insulating material, two flexure type electromagnetic relay blocks fixed on the base so as to be point symmetrical with the center of the base and having the same structure, a first contact member including two make contacts respectively opposing the movable contacts of the two electromagnetic relay blocks and at least one first terminal inserted into a first through hole formed in a central portion of the base, and a second contact member including two break contacts respectively opposing the movable contacts of the two electromagnetic relay blocks and at least one second terminal inserted into a second through hole formed in a central portion of the base.

摘要: Disclosed is a micro actuator capable of being formed in compact as a whole, such as 10 mm in diameter by diminishing a difference between a stroke distance of a moving member and an overall length, and by reducing a sectional area taken in a direction orthogonal to a stroke direction. The micro actuator includes: a spline shaft formed as a cylinder with a hollow part and having an axially extending slit opening; a spline nut fit-engaged with the spline shaft and axially guiding the spline shaft; a pair of end caps fixed to openings at both ends of the spline shaft; a magnet rod supported at both ends within the hollow part of the spline shaft by the end caps; and a forcer loosely fit-engaged with a periphery of the magnet rod within the hollow part of the spline shaft to constitute a linear motor together with the magnet rod and connected with the spline nut through the slit opening.

摘要: The present invention relates to a motion device and a moving device in which the total size in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of an orbital element can be reduced to extremely smaller sizes and miniaturization can be accomplished. A motion device 1 of the present invention includes an orbital element 2, and moving elements 3 that are inserted into the orbital element 2 and are guided so as to be able to reciprocate in a longitudinal direction L of the orbital element 2, at ends of the moving elements 3, cylindrical protrusions 6a, which protrude in the longitudinal direction L and inserted into the orbital element 2, are formed so as to be pivotally supportable on bearings 7, and total size around the orbital element 2 in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction L of the protrusions 6a are smaller than those of the moving elements 3.

摘要: The present invention provides a roller screw capable of circulating rollers smoothly.A roller screw of the present invention has a screw shaft 1 having a roller rolling surface 1a spirally formed with a lead on an outer surface thereof; a nut 2 having a roller rolling surface 2a spirally formed on an inner surface thereof to face the roller rolling surface 1a of the screw shaft 1; and a plurality of rollers 4 arranged in a rolling path 3 between the roller rolling surface 1a of the screw shaft 1 and the roller rolling surface 2a of the nut 2 and moving around the screw shaft while rotating on rotation axes of the rollers. In this roller screw, each of the rotation axes 4a of the rollers 4 substantially crosses a center line 1b of the screw shaft 1. Since each of the rotation axes 4a of the rollers 4 crosses the center line 1b of the screw shaft 1 (in other words, the rollers 4 arranged in the rolling path 3 are not skewed from the beginning) even when the rolling path 3 has the lead, the roller 4 are allowed to move smoothly.

摘要: Disclosed is a micro actuator capable of being formed in compact as a whole, such as 10 mm in diameter by diminishing a difference between a stroke distance of a moving member and an overall length, and by reducing a sectional area taken in a direction orthogonal to a stroke direction.
