摘要： An electromagnetic relay includes a flat base made of an insulating material, two flexure type electromagnetic relay blocks fixed on the base so as to be point symmetrical with the center of the base and having the same structure, a first contact member including two make contacts respectively opposing the movable contacts of the two electromagnetic relay blocks and at least one first terminal inserted into a first through hole formed in a central portion of the base, and a second contact member including two break contacts respectively opposing the movable contacts of the two electromagnetic relay blocks and at least one second terminal inserted into a second through hole formed in a central portion of the base.

摘要： A miniature relay switches a very large current without causing a deterioration of nearby insulation. This is done by providing relatively large clearance spaces in the areas where particles eroding from the contacts might be deposited. Also, housing walls separate the contacts from these areas of particle deposition. Without this clearance space or walls, the deposited particles might cause a short circuit. The invention also provides many structural details which enables the miniature construction.

摘要： In an electromagnetic relay, a first stationary contact member (25) has a first, elongated portion (25a) extending between first and second insulative supports and a second portion (25b) extending in a direction normal to the first portion. The second portion includes a first stationary contact (25c) element and a heat radiating surface (25b, 25f) for radiating a substantial amount of heat generated by an arc so that the amount of heat which is conducted to the first support (13) is insufficient to cause a fusion to occur therein. A second stationary contact member (26) has a third, elongated portion (26a) extending between the first and second supports and a fourth, elongated portion (26b) extending in a direction normal to the third portion in spaced relationship to the second portion (25b) and having a second stationary contact element (26c) in opposed relationship with the first stationary contact element. A coiled-core structure is secured between the insulative supports for operating a movable contact member between the first and second stationary contact elements.

The electromagnetic relay includes an electromagnetic block having a couple of moving contacts, a first stationary contact and a second stationary contact both being connectable to external wiring, which are composed of uniform parts or components.

摘要： A electromagnetic relay includes a spool, a coil, a U-shaped yoke, an armature, a movable contact, a pair of stationary contacts, and a taper. The spool has an inner hole and first and second flange portions formed at its two ends. The coil is wound on the spool. The yoke is locked at the flange portions of the spool by press fitting to stride over the coil. The armature is movably connected to one end of the yoke and positioned to extend through the inner hole of the spool. The movable contact is attached to move in an interlocked manner with the armature. The pair of stationary contacts are arranged to sandwich the movable contact. The taper is formed on at least one of press-fit locking surfaces of one end of the yoke and the first flange portion, and has a locking force that increases as being closer to a vicinity of the inner hole of the spool. A method of adjusting an electromagnetic relay, and a method of assembling an electromagnetic relay are also disclosed.

摘要： An electromagnetic relay is provided which is small in size and is capable of controlling two circuits of an ordinarily-open contact, which has a large current-carrying capacity and high interrupting capability, and which is excellent in resistance against shock and vibration. Movable contactors are held, through bow-shaped movable contactor springs, to two -shaped holding frames each being electrically separated and being mechanically connected via a card made of a highly heat-resistant resin in a card block. Thick-plate shaped movable contacts, which are attached to the movable contactors in a fixed manner, are electrically connected or disconnected to fixed contacts in a base block, in synchronization with operations of an armature of an electro-magnet block. In order to improve a current-carrying capability and interrupting capability, there are provided two pieces of ordinarily-open contacts which are connected in series to each other, and between which an interval is doubled, in each of two circuits.

摘要： An electromagnetic sound generator is proposed that can be easily and inexpensively fabricated for producing an indicating sound to enable use in an automobile or other similar environment. A spool (2) on which a coil (3) has been wound, a core (4) that is movable up and down, and a round spring (5) are installed inside a cup-shaped yoke (1); whereby supplying or cutting off the supply of current to the coil (3) causes the core (4) to strike, in single beats in accordance with drive, against the yoke (1) itself or on the side of spring (5) to produce a sound. The yoke (1), which is the magnetic circuit for driving, also serves as a sound generator, and the provision of openings such as slits in the upper surface and side surfaces of the cup-shaped yoke (1) enhances sound effects such as the tone, volume and direction of emission of the generated sound. When converting a directional indicator for an automobile to electronic circuits, the present invention enables the production of a sound for checking operation of the directional indicator that resembles the sound of a relay-type directional indicator.
