摘要： The present invention relates to nucleic acid sequences and proteins derivable therefrom that have been identified in Sorangium cellulosum, which proteins are catalytically active or participate in the biosynthetic pathway of disorazoles. The invention provides novel sequences which are necessary components of the disorazole biosynthetic pathway in addition to genes dszA-D.
