    摘要: An apparatus for cooling bulk material with a grate flowed through by cooling gas. The apparatus comprises a plurality of planks configured to move forward and back in the direction of conveyance and, between the planks, a sealing device having spatially separate outer and inner sealing elements. The sealing device has between the sealing elements a conveying duct, which runs along the length of the planks and on which a gas supply is configured to produce a gas stream along the length of the conveying duct. Bulk material which has infiltrated through the outer sealing element can be transported away before it can reach and migrate through the inner sealing element. The accompanying sealing effect can considerably reduce the undesirable material through-fall, while enabling the use of low-wearing seals, which provide excellent wear resistance.

    摘要: An apparatus for cooling bulk material with a grate flowed through by cooling gas.     摘要: A device for wetting a bulk good, in particular for moistening power plant filter ashes, comprises a downpipe. An inlet, through which the bulk good enters the downpipe, is formed at the upper end of the downpipe. An outlet, through which the bulk good is discharged in the wetted state, is formed at the lower end of the downpipe. A water supply to the downpipe is provided. The downpipe has a flexible wall section. The water supply opens into the flexible wall section of the downpipe. Deposits of the bulk good are prevented in that the bulk good does not come in contact with water until the bulk good is in the flexible wall section.

    摘要: A device for humidifying a bulk material, particularly for humidifying power plant filter ash, comprises a downpipe. At the upper end of the downpipe, there is formed an inlet, through which the bulk material enters the downpipe, and at the lower end of which there is formed an outlet, through which the bulk material leaves in a humidified state. A plurality of water nozzles are arranged on a first plane in the downpipe and a plurality of water nozzles are arranged on a second plane in the downpipe. The water nozzles of the first plane are arranged offset at an angle to the water nozzles of the second plane. With the device and a corresponding method, the bulk material can be humidified effectively and deposits of the bulk material can be removed from the downpipe.
