The compositions of the invention can also be applied to diapers, incontinent-pads, wipes and the like. The invention also relates to the use of such a composition to prevent or reduce such a skin rash and a process for reducing the enzyme activity enzymes which are deactivated when the pH is reduced, such as lipase enzymes present on external skin.
