摘要： A method of culturing bovine embryos by culturing said bovine embryos in a medium containing thiol compound, and also a method of transporting bovine embryos by transporting said bovine embryos in a medium containing thiol compound are disclosed. According to the present invention, it is possible to culture bovine embryos up to blastocyst stage efficiently in the medium containing low molecular thiol compound without in vivo culture or coculture using feeder cells. Also when low molecular thiol compound is added to the transportation medium for bovine embryos, almost 100% embryos are still viable after long distant transportation.

摘要： An appliance for cryopreserving a collected tissue piece has a cutting position-specifying tool and a tissue piece cryopreserving plate for cryopreserving a tissue piece cut from an organ tissue by the collected tissue cutting position-specifying tool. The collected tissue cutting position-specifying tool has a tissue cutting portion-specifying member having a cutting portion-specifying open portion flat plate-shaped and having a predetermined width and a locking portion for locking an advance of a cutter provided on a lower surface of the tissue cutting portion-specifying member; and an open 1Q portion-pressing member which can be pressed against an upper surface of the tissue cutting portion-specifying member in such a way that the open portion-pressing member covers the cutting portion-specifying open portion. The tissue piece cryopreserving plate is a plate-shaped metal member which has a width equal to or a little larger than the predetermined width of the cutting portion-specifying open portion, is extended in a predetermined length, allows the tissue piece cut from the organ tissue by the collected tissue cutting position-specifying tool to be placed thereon, and has a lot of holes.

摘要： An egg freezing and storing instrument has an egg freezing and storing tube made of a liquid nitrogen-resistant material; and a metal cylindrical protection member for protecting the tube. The tube has a body part; and an egg-storing small-diameter part having an inner diameter of 0.1 mm to 0.5 mm. The tube can be heat-sealed at a front side of the small-diameter part and at a rear side of the body part. The cylindrical protection member has a tubular part for accommodating a front side of the small-diameter part of the tube; and a semi-tubular part for accommodating a portion of the small-diameter part not accommodated in the tubular part and a front portion of the body part.
