摘要: The invention relates to a method of producing cysteine containing polypeptides in fusion proteins by recombinantly expressing in a host cell sequences encoding an antifungal polypeptide, a maltose binding protein, and a histidine tag. The method is carried out in the presence of a reducing agent to prevent misfolding of the fusion proteins.
