摘要： The present invention provides an environmentally sealed electrical connector assembly including a housing (100,200) having a rigid section and a flexible section. The rigid section includes a front portion (102,202), a rear portion (104,204), a plurality of electrical terminal receiving cavities (106,206), and a passageway (107,207) disposed within the rigid section so as to be in fluid communication with various outlets positioned within the outer surfaces (120,172,272) of the rigid section. The flexible section of the housing comprises a unitary sealing member (108,208) that is fixedly adhered to either the front portion (102,202) of the rigid section, the rear portion (104,204) of the rigid section, or both. A portion (168,268) of the unitary sealing member is embedded within the rigid section of the housing (100,200).

摘要： A card edge connector is provided for mounting to a printed circuit board (PCB). The card edge connector includes a housing having a mating side, a mounting side, and a card slot that extends into the mating side. The card edge connector also includes first and second contacts held by the housing. The first and second contacts include mounting segments that extend outwardly from the mounting side of the housing. The mounting segments include mounting interfaces. The mounting segments of the first and second contacts are configured to be electrically connected to corresponding contact pads on the PCB at the mounting interfaces. The mounting interface of the first contact is offset from the mounting interface of the second contact in a direction generally away from mounting side of the housing.

摘要： A straddle mount connector includes a housing that has a mating end and a mounting end configured to be mounted to an edge of a circuit board. Contacts are held by the housing with the contacts extending from the mounting end that are configured to be terminated to the circuit board. The contacts are arranged at the mating end and are configured for mating with a corresponding mating component. A comb extends from the mounting end of the housing that has a plurality of fingers separated from one another by a gap. The comb is positioned such that the fingers are positioned between corresponding contacts and the contacts are positioned within corresponding gaps.

摘要： A connector assembly includes a housing and a plurality of contacts. The housing has a plurality of channels that extend between a housing mating end and an opposing back end. The housing mating end is configured to mate with a mating connector. The contacts each have a plurality of contact mating ends and a plurality of contact mounting ends. Each of the contact mating ends extends through one of the channels and is configured to provide a plurality of electrical connections with the mating connector. The contact mounting ends of each contact are arranged in a group and configured to be mounted to a circuit board. The contact mating ends are separated from one another by a first pitch and the contact mounting ends within each group are separated from one another by a second pitch that is smaller than the first pitch.

摘要： A connector family that has a central housing having a connector mating face and a board mounting interface. An outer shell is shaped to fit over the central housing. The outer shell at least partially encloses the board mounting interface and exposes the connector mating interface of the central housing. The outer shell has a cable interface that is configured to be joined to a cable. Contacts are held in the central housing. The contacts, central housing and outer shell are used in different configurations depending upon the application. In a first application, the outer shell is mounted over the central housing to form a first configuration. In a second application, the outer shell is removed to expose the board mounting interface on the central housing to form a second configuration.

摘要： A card edge connector is provided for mounting to a printed circuit board (PCB). The card edge connector includes a housing having a mating side, a mounting side, and a card slot that extends into the mating side. The card edge connector also includes first and second contacts held by the housing. 摘要： A low profile, high power electrical connector assembly is disclosed. The connector assembly includes a plug and a receptacle connector designed to be mounted on separate printed circuit boards. The plug and receptacle connectors are designed to be mated and thus allow the separate circuit boards to be electrically connected in tandem in either the same plane or perpendicular to one another. The connector assembly includes a plug contact and a receptacle contact provided with cooling slots and an at least partially open rear face configured to permit the dissipation of heat.

The beams are adapted for mating with a mating connector, and the beams comprise contact areas adapted for electrical connection with the mating connector. Additionally, the multi-beam power contact may optionally include at least one initial contact beam and at least one non-initial contact beam. The initial contact beam is arranged to electrically connect to the mating connector before the non-initial contact beam electrically connects while the multi-beam power contact is being mated.
