    摘要: The present invention relates to a laser data transmission system and, more particularly, to a communication system using a plurality of laser beams populated with quantum entangled photons. At least one of the laser beams is moved to form an overlapping pattern with a second laser reference beam to form an interference pattern between the laser beams as they impinge upon a detector array to transmit encoded data and to remotely decode the encoded data simultaneously. The interference patterns are used to encode and simultaneously decode the interference shadows upon impingement of the laser beams on a detector array.

    摘要: A method, system, and apparatus are provided for interactively playing with a printed image. A printed image resembling a game board, book, or picture, is provided. The printed image includes a registration area and a plurality of feedback areas in which an indicator color is printed at a predetermined level, e.g. percentage of area. A figurine is provided that includes a light source and light sensor. The light source and light sensor are placed in proximity to the designated areas in the image to sense the level of the indicator color printed therein and an associated output is provided. The registration area is useable to identify a predefined template associated with the image to allow feedback of the figurine with a plurality of different printed images. The figurine can include an ultraviolet light source to activate graphics printed in the image with photochromic ink.

    摘要: The bearing cage has a first flange, a second flange, and a plurality of cage bars extending between the first flange and the second flange so as to form and define outer boundaries for a plurality of pockets. The first flange and the second flange are each bent inward toward the pocket and then extend parallel in a vertical direction, forming a contact surfaces. The contact surfaces are in contact at each end of the rollers arranged in the pocket. The contact surfaces of the bearing cage present a large contact area between the ends of the rollers and the ends of the pockets where there is a lubricant film. Also, the surface of the contact surfaces is smooth.

    摘要: To manage resource allocation between users of a wireless or wireline network, recent resource usage by each user is determined and priorities are assigned accordingly. Then, the network resources are allocated according to the assigned priorities. A respective priority of a user may be inversely proportional to the recent resource usage by that user. To facilitate continuous fair distribution of the network resources, the users may be re-prioritized and resources are re-allocated accordingly. Information about recent resource usages by the users is continuously accumulated, including about users moving from one access point of the network to another. When resource allocation for a particular access point is determined, recent resource usage for a user that has joined the access point from another access point in the network may include prior resource usage by that user at the other access point.

A subsequent device reset signal may be generated after entering scan mode. The subsequent device reset signal may be an internal pulse signal. The method may further comprise clearing stored data in an integrated circuit after generating a subsequent device reset signal.

    摘要: An active session mobility solution for radio link protocol (RLP) in accordance with the present invention defines two RLP migrations states. A first state is defined as a forward-link RLP state and depicts the communication of data from a home agent to an access terminal in an IP network. A second state is defined as a reverse-link RLP state and depicts the communication of data from the access terminal to the home agent in the IP network. In one embodiment of the seamless active session mobility solution for RLP in accordance with the present invention, a two-stage RLP transfer process for the migration of the two defined states from a source to a target is implemented. In a first stage, the forward-link RLP state is transferred from a source to a target. In a second stage, frame selection and the reverse-link RLP are transferred from the source to the target.
