摘要: 3D puzzle wherein light emitting diodes (LED's) are integrated in the puzzle in order to achieve a high level of interaction between the user and the puzzle. The puzzle can adapt to the players needs by increasing or decreasing the difficulty level or by giving the user hints. The puzzle functions not only as a puzzle but may also function as an ambient light (or object) of programmable color point (and layout) when not in use as a puzzle.

摘要: An electronic paint for an electrophoretic display includes a lower conductive layer, a thermal addressing layer disposed on the lower conductive layer, a layer of electrophoretic ink disposed on the thermal addressing layer, and an upper conductive layer disposed on the electrophoretic ink. Activation of the electrophoretic ink is based on thermal absorption of thermal radiation in a portion of the thermal addressing layer and a bias voltage applied between the upper conductive layer and the lower conductive layer.
