A communication device relates a plurality of identification information to specifying information included in the identification information and manages them, and thereby enhances easiness of identifying and specifying of a device of the other party and usability of a connection with the device of the other party. The communication device has an identification information reception part (a radio transmission/reception part, a baseband part and a control part), a storage part (a data base part) and an information processing part (a control part). The identification information reception part receives the pieces of identification information concerning the device of the other party to be connected, and in the storage part the pieces of identification information which are received are stored. The information processing part stores the pieces of identification information, which are received, in the storage part, and retrieves the identification information from the storage part by receiving input of the specifying information out of the pieces of identification information, and relates a result of that retrieval to the specifying information and outputs them, or makes that output possible. By this, it is possible to use the pieces of identification information related to the specifying information for specifying of the device of the other party and connection with it.

A semiconductor device includes an active region with a main semiconductor device section, and a junction-termination region therearound. A first diffusion layer of a second conductivity type is formed in a surface of a first semiconductor layer of a first conductivity type, and extends from the active region into the junction-termination region. A second diffusion layer of the second conductivity type is formed in contact with the first diffusion layer, and extends in the junction-termination region. A first contact electrode is disposed in the active region and in contact with the first diffusion layer, and electrically connected to a first main electrode of the main semiconductor device section. A second contact electrode is disposed in the junction-termination region and in contact with the first diffusion layer, and surrounds the active region. A connection electrode electrically connects the first and second contact electrodes to each other.

A lens barrel includes an outer cylinder having a guide section and an inner cylinder for holding a lens and having a guided section, which is engaged with the guide section and moved in an optical axis direction in response to a rotation of the outer cylinder. The guide section has a guiding portion for introducing the inner cylinder into an operating and storing positions, and the guiding portion has a first guiding part, a second guiding part formed continuously to the first guiding part, having a lead angle different from that of the first guiding part, and a third guiding part formed continuously to the second guiding part, having a lead angle smaller than that of the second guiding part. The inner cylinder is positioned, at the storing position, within an area in which the guided section is engaged with the third guiding part.

An absorption chiller-heater is driven by a high-temperature exhaust gas discharged from an external apparatus such as a gas turbine. The absorption chiller-heater includes an exhaust gas path for introducing a high-temperature exhaust gas serving as a heat source into the high-temperature generator, and then the exhaust heat recovery generator. The high-temperature generator and the exhaust heat recovery generator comprise a vertical heat transfer tube bank for allowing the high-temperature exhaust gas to pass therethrough, a gas-liquid separation chamber is provided above the vertical heat transfer tube bank so as to cover opening portions of the vertical heat transfer tube bank, and a solution supply chamber is provided below the vertical heat transfer tube bank so as to cover opening portions of the vertical heat transfer tube bank.
摘要:
The present invention relates to a plate type heat exchanger having a heat exchange element composed of two plates for exchanging heat between a fluid flowing inside the heat exchange element and a fluid flowing outside the heat exchange element. In the plate type heat exchanger, the two plates (1) have a plurality of depressions (8), and the depressions are brought into contact with and bonded to each other. Peripheral portions of the plates are sealed to form a space in which a fluid flows and constitute a heat exchange element (2) having opening portions (5, 6) at both ends thereof. The heat exchange elements (2) are piled on and bonded to each other so that the opening portions (5, 6) communicate with each other.
