摘要： The present invention relates to gelled emulsion particles obtained when predetermined volumes, especially drops, of an emulsion with an aqueous external phase, containing an appropriate reagent in solution in the said aqueous phase, are added to a gelling solution and left therein for a period of time which depends on the degree of gelling desired for the said particles.It further relates to compositions--especially solutions, gels or emulsions with an aqueous external phase--in which the said particles are present.
