Abstract:
A multi-channel rotary joint comprising-elastic seal rings each having an annular groove that are used to form a low-pressure channel space and a high-pressure channel space between the opposing peripheral surfaces of a joint housing and a rotator that rotates inside the joint housing. Seal rings that seal the low-pressure channel space which forms part of a vacuum suction route are engaged with and supported by one of the opposing peripheral surfaces such that annular grooves are disposed symmetrically and opening into spaces adjacent to the low-pressure channel space. The seal rings that seal the high-pressure channel space which forms part of a pressurized fluid supply route are engaged with and supported by one of the opposing peripheral surfaces such that the annular grooves are disposed symmetrically and opening into this high-pressure channel space.
Abstract:
A quartz pipe joint of the present invention can be used in a connection of, for example, a quartz pipe and a quartz pipe, or a quartz pipe 7 and a synthetic resin tube. The quartz pipe joint A has a joint body having a tapered pressing face a cylindrical sealing member 33 having a tapered receiving face 33, a lock ring which can deform to increase its diameter and deform to reduce its diameter and which can be fitted into an annular groove of the quartz pipe and a nut. When the lock ring fitted into the annular groove and the sealing member fitted into the quartz pipe are clamped by threadedly connecting the nut to the joint body, the sealing member is deformed to reduce its diameter by the function of the pressing face and the receiving face, so as to closely contact with the outer peripheral face of the quartz pipe, thereby exerting sealing properties. The lock ring engages with a groove wall of the annular groove to prevent the quartz pipe from slipping off from the joint.
Abstract:
A press insertion rod is passed through and supported by a press insertion rod supporting portion of a jig body in an advanceable and retractable manner. An inner ring which is to be pressingly inserted into one end portion of a pipe member made of resin is held by a ring holder. The ring holder is coupled idly rotatably and detachably to a tip end portion of the press insertion rod via a holder block.
Abstract:
A sealing member is provided at an inner periphery sealing portion thereof with an inner tube portion arranged to be moved toward a fuel feed port inner side with the insertion of a fuel feed nozzle and to be moved toward a fuel feed port opening side with the removal of the fuel feed nozzle. The inner tube portion is provided, at the outer periphery of the end thereof at the fuel feed port opening side, with a tapered tube portion extending toward an outer tube portion side. With the movement of the inner tube portion toward the fuel feed port opening side, the inner tube portion is increased in inner diameter such that the increased inner diameter is greater than the outer diameter of the fuel feed nozzle, and with the movement of the inner tube portion toward the fuel feed port inner side, the inner tube portion is reduced in inner diameter, causing the same to stick fast to the outer periphery of the fuel feed nozzle.
