    摘要: A fuel cell system comprises a fuel cell, a reactant gas pipe for supplying a reactant gas to the fuel cell, and an injector for controlling the state of the gas on the upstream side in the reactant gas pipe and supplying the reactant gas to the downstream side by driving a valve element with an electromagnetic drive force at a predetermined drive cycle to separate the valve element from a valve seat. The injector is provided integrally in the fuel cell, and hence the vibration and noise of the injector can be absorbed and suppressed by the fuel cell as a heavy article.

    摘要: A valve in which durability of a sealing member made from an elastic material can be increased and sealing capability can be advantageously maintained over a wide range from a large differential pressure to a low differential pressure. A valve (100), in which a valve disc (1) and a valve seat (2) are brought into close contact via a sealing member (5) composed of an elastic material and provided at the valve disc (1) or valve seat (2), comprises a throttle section (30) defined by the shape of at least one of the valve disc (1) and valve seat (2). The throttle section (30) narrows a flow passage formed between the valve disc (1) and valve seat (2) and is provided near the sealing member (5). The flow passage narrowed by the throttle section (30) is so set that narrowing preferentially proceeds in the flow passage in close proximity to the sealing member (5) during the closing operation of the valve disc (1).

    摘要: A pressure sensor is arranged on a supply/discharge pipe of a reactive gas to be supplied to or discharged from a fuel cell, and measures the pressure of the reactive gas in the pipe. The pressure sensor is provided with an engaging section which has a screw and engages with a pipe wall of the pipe; a pressure detecting section, which faces a reactive gas channel of the pipe and detects the pressure inside the pipe by displacement; a displacement sensor, which is arranged in the pressure detecting sensor and measures displacement of the pressure detecting section; and a buffer section, which connects the engaging section with the pressure detecting section by sandwiching a buffer layer which communicates with the reactive gas channel of the pipe, and eliminates abnormal displacement of the pressure detecting section by deforming to a stress generated by torque of the screw, at the time when the pressure sensor is engaged with the pipe.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a fuel cell system capable of raising the temperature of a discharge valve and restraining the discharge valve from freezing by a simple structure. The fuel cell system has a circulation system for circulating hydrogen off gas, which is discharged from a fuel cell, to the fuel cell, an exhaust/drain valve for discharging a fluid passing through the circulation system to the outside, and a refrigerant flow path through which a refrigerant, which is circulated to the fuel cell, flows. The exhaust/drain valve has a valve body provided with a flow path which interconnects the interior of the circulation system and the outside. A part of the refrigerant flow path is provided by penetrating the valve body so as to be independent of the flow path.
