摘要: Disclosed is a delivery unit (3) for an anode circuit (9) of a fuel cell system (1) for delivering a gaseous medium, in particular hydrogen, from an anode region (38) of a fuel cell (2), said delivery unit (3) comprising at least one jet pump (4) and being at least indirectly fluidically connected to the outlet of the anode region (38) by means of at least one connection line (23, 25) and being fluidically connected to the inlet of the anode region (38) by means of an additional connection line (27). According to the invention, in addition to the jet pump (4), the delivery unit (3) comprises a recirculation fan (8) and a metering valve (6) as other components, and the flow contours of the components (4, 6, 8) for the gaseous medium and/or the components (4, 6, 8) are at least almost entirely arranged in a common housing (7).

摘要: A fuel gas supply apparatus for a fuel cell includes: a plurality of fuel gas supply sources, a plurality of fuel gas supply lines, a plurality of first valves disposed on the plurality of fuel gas supply lines, the first valves being capable of opening and closing on the basis of a pressure of a mixed gas of the plurality of fuel gases or a pressure of a mixed gas tank. A mixed gas supply line is provided for supplying the mixed gas containing at least one of the plurality of fuel gases to the fuel cell. The plurality of first valves open if the pressure of the mixed gas of the plurality of fuel gases or the pressure of the mixed gas tank becomes equal to or lower than a setting pressure, and the setting pressure is set to be different for each of the plurality of first valves.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided for assembling and operating an electrode assembly for a redox flow battery system. In one example, the electrode assembly may include an inflatable housing in which a negative electrode spacer and a positive electrode may be positioned, wherein the inflatable housing may inflate responsive to applied internal pressure during operation of the redox flow battery system. In some examples, the electrode assembly may be assembled via roll-to-roll processing and may be mechanically and fluidically coupled to electrode assemblies of like configuration. In this way, tolerance stacking may be decreased, processing may be simplified, and costs may be reduced relative to molding-based processes for electrode assembly manufacturing.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an air management system and a method for controlling an intake air pressure and an exhaust back pressure of a fuel cell system. It further relates to an arrangement comprising a fuel cell system and such an air management system, and to a vehicle. The air management system includes an air pressurizing device arranged to feed intake air to an air compressor of the fuel cell system, a pressure regulating device arranged for regulating the exhaust back pressure, a pressure detection device for detecting an ambient air pressure, and a control device configured to control the air pressurizing device and the valve in dependence on the detected ambient air pressure, wherein the control device is configured to control the intake air pressure to a predetermined first pressure level, and to control the exhaust back pressure to a predetermined second pressure level.

摘要: Disclosed are a device and a method for controlling a fuel cell system, in which during operation of the fuel cell system, the device and method determine a minimum motoring current limit value applied to a motor for driving a fuel cell vehicle by varying an output current limit threshold value of the fuel cell stack by determining an available output current of the stack and by varying an available voltage lower limit threshold value of the stack by determining an available operating voltage of the stack, thereby preventing the fuel cell vehicle from rattling due to excessive limitation of output current of the stack. They also control the pressures of an anode and a cathode of the stack by monitoring whether the performance of the stack is degraded as limitation of output current of the stack is suppressed, thereby suppressing degradation of the performance of the stack.

The circulation mechanism includes a suction pipe configured to suck up the electrolyte from an open end thereof in the electrolyte to above an in-tank liquid level of the electrolyte in the electrolyte tank, a circulation pump, an extrusion pipe, and a return pipe. HL/H0 is greater than or equal to 0.4 and HS is less than or equal to HL, where H0 is a height from an inner bottom surface of the electrolyte tank to the in-tank liquid level, HL is a length from the open end of the suction pipe to the in-tank liquid level, and HS is a height from the in-tank liquid level to a center of a suction port of the circulation pump.

摘要: There is provided a method of controlling a fuel cell system comprising a fuel cell, a tank that is configured to store a fuel gas filled through a filler port of fuel gas provided in an outer plate of a vehicle, and a main stop valve that is configured to change over between opening and closing to open and close a fuel passage arranged from the tank to the fuel cell. The method comprises controlling the main stop valve to change over from opening to closing in response to detection of an operation for gas filling to fill the fuel gas into the tank, when a control accompanied with opening of the main stop valve is performed during a stop of the vehicle.
