    摘要: An analysis method for detecting an amount of a substance by irradiating an analysis chip containing the substance and detecting a quantity of light output from the analysis chip. The analysis method including irradiating an incident surface of the analysis chip and another surface adjacent to the incident surface with detection light while changing a relative position of the detection light with respect to the analysis chip, detecting reflected light from the incident surface of the analysis chip, and acquiring information on a position of the analysis chip from a relationship between a quantity of the reflected light detected and the relative position. The analysis method determines if the analysis chip is abnormal when a quantity of target reflected light is equal to or lower than a predetermined light quantity.

    摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide solid oral dosage forms that upon daily administration to a subject provide plasma levels of decitabine with a 5-day AUC for decitabine that is equivalent to the 5-day AUC for a daily IV dose of decitabine of 20 mg/m2 administered as a one hour (1 h) infusion. Also provided according to embodiments of the present invention are solid oral dosage forms wherein upon daily administration to a subject provides a pharmacodynamic effect that is equivalent to the pharmacodynamic effect for a daily intravenous dose of decitabine of 20 mg/m2 administered as a one hour (1 h) infusion. Also provided are methods of treatment using a solid oral dosage form according to an embodiment of the invention.

The injection molded article includes: a base as a thin plate-shaped member that is connected to a gate of the mold; and a plurality of protrusions each integrally molded on the base and having a thickness greater than a plate thickness of the base. The plurality of protrusions have holes each extending through the base, and the holes in the respective protrusions are connected through another component to form a flow channel. A processed region processed to have a surface roughness greater than a surface roughness of a mirror surface region including a region between the holes on the base is formed in a projected region where a region having a predetermined thickness value is projected on the base.

    摘要: In some embodiments, a system includes an ingestible signal generator coupled to a medication and configured to generate a body-transmissible signal upon ingestion by a user. The system also includes a receiver, the receiver including a sensor configured to detect the body-transmissible signal, the receiver configured to generate and wirelessly transmit a sensor signal based on the body-transmissible signal. The system also includes a user device. A processor of the user device is configured to wirelessly monitor the sensor for the sensor signal and, in response to not receiving the sensor signal within a predetermined time period, generate a notification. The processor is further configured to send a signal to present the notification and receive a response to the notification from the user. The processor is also configured to identify at least one trend associated with the sensor signal and the medication, and perform an action based thereon.
