摘要: A flexible folding sling includes a flexible elongate preform strap having first and second ends, each of the first and second ends folded inward toward a strap center to form respective first and second loops. The first and second ends are fastened to the strap center with each of the first and second loops having a half-twist such that each of the first and second loops is a tear-shaped Mobius loop. The flexible folding sling assists a user in carrying bag(s) having handles, or other objects that include handles or like structure. When used to carry bags, the sling can be configured as a hand-sling, a shoulder-sling or a back-sling. When used as a hand-sling, the sling engages the user's wrist in a secure and comfortable manner. This prevents load transmission through the easily tired hand muscles and ligaments, extending the amount of time the user can carry a load. This also allows the user to maintain use of her hand and fingers while the sling is used.

摘要: A golf tee-marker apparatus for easy grasping and manipulation by a golfer with reduced manual dexterity includes: a golf tee with a longitudinal axis, a head, and an elongated stem extending downwardly therefrom along the axis. The stem includes a circumferential groove spaced below the head. A flat, disk-shaped marker member a central aperture is received on the stem in longitudinally spaced relation below the head. The aperture is sized and shaped to receive the stem therethrough and to releasably engage the groove.

摘要: A primary recording medium simultaneously receives a pair of reference beams, one of which is comprised of rays that are parallel to an axis of rotation of the primary medium. The primary medium is incrementally rotated about the axis after each of a plurality of object beams is transmitted in sequence thereto from a fixedly disposed source. Interactions between the object beams and the reference beams are recorded in the primary medium as volume holograms, whereby a primary record is recorded. Reconstructions of the object beams and corresponding reference beams emanate from the primary record in response to a primary reconstructing beam. An interaction between the reconstructions is recorded as a volume hologram in a secondary recording medium whereby a secondary record is recorded. A reconstruction of a selected one of the object beams emanates from the secondary record in response to a secondary reconstructing beam.
