    摘要: A method for controlling laser scanning microscopy of a probe comprising at least one cell is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of acquiring at least one initial image of the probe and identifying at least one cell within an initial probe image. Using a pre-defined grammar, a first set of scanning mode parameters for monitoring the cell(s); a first set of trigger parameters including at least one physiological parameter defining an event in the cell(s); and a second set of scanning mode parameters for monitoring at least one cell of the probe after an occurrence of the event is defined. A successive set of probe images acquired according to the first set of scanning mode parameters is provided and processed to determine if the event has occurred. Responsive to the event occurring, microscope modality is changed to the second set of scanning mode parameters.

    摘要: The present technique relates to a floor system that includes panels designed to be joined to one another, with an adhesive coating and a sealant at each joint to facilitate assembly. The panels include mechanically interlocking portions that mate when the system is installed. Disposed on the interlocking portions is a coating adapted to cohesively bond upon contact with itself under ambient conditions and without external activation. The sealant protects the joint and prevents the ingress of moisture following installation. Advantageously, the cohesive bonding of the coating is delayed such that the bonding does not obstruct the installation of the floor panel.

    摘要: An apparatus, system, and method are disclosed for making sandwiches. A bladeless sandwich making apparatus is provided with lower and upper tools having sandwich receiving cavities configured to accommodate sandwich ingredients and a mechanism for mounting configured to operate as a hinge and as a handle. Bread layers and filling may be placed within the apparatus in an open position. A filling material cup may be used for filling preparation. Beneficially, the apparatus may include an impression bar or plate to imprint design on an outer sandwich surface or for sandwich separation. The upper tool is configured to engage the lower tool to remove sandwich crusts and seal sandwich edges. The crustless sandwich with sealed edges may be consumed, stored, or heated. A method is disclosed for making sandwiches without crusts and sealed edges with or without designs on the sandwich surface.
