摘要: The present invention provides a method for producing frozen dough which can be directly transferred from freezer to oven without a proofing or thawing step. The process comprises mixing the dough ingredients, forming gas nucleation sites, exercising the dough by subjecting to cycles of pressure differentials and freezing the dough. The frozen product can be transferred directly from the freezer to an oven for baking.

摘要: A fluid infusion system comprises a flexible elongated body having a distal end, a proximal end and a fluid transport lumen extending therethrough and a fluid source having a connector for coupling to the proximal end to provide fluid to the fluid transport lumen in combination with an ultrasound energy source delivering ultrasound energy to the fluid to reduce a viscosity of the fluid and a waveguide directing the ultrasound energy to a desired region of the fluid.

摘要: Described is a catheter which includes a reinforced polymer shaft. The polymer includes nano particles having a dimension of less than about 6 nm. Described is also a method of forming a medical device. Granules of a selected polymer are prepared. Reinforced granules of the selected polymer are prepared. The reinforced granules include nano particles. The granules and the reinforced granules are then mixed in a ratio selected to obtain a desired concentration of the nano particles. The granules and the reinforced granules are extruded to form a substantially tubular element.

摘要: A power plant includes a high temperature fuel cell, a volume expansion heat engine producing mechanical energy, and a combustion chamber coupled to receive from said fuel cell at least a portion of unconsumed fuel and apply high pressure combusted gases to the engine. A reformer can feed fuel to said fuel cell. A distributor distributes fuel cell exhaust fuel selectively to the reformer and the combustion chamber and varies the ratio of exhaust fuel fed to the reformer and combustion chamber in accordance with predetermined power desired from said fuel cell and engine.
