Abstract:
A toilet training seat includes a base having a platform and a support structure, the base including a cavity accessible through the platform. The seat also includes a waste receptacle including a bowl having a rim and a bowl diameter. The receptacle also includes a handle extending from the bowl at an attachment point to a distal end, the handle having a length, wherein the handle length is at least 1.5 times the bowl diameter, the waste receptacle and the base being configured such that the waste receptacle can be removably disposed on the base such that the bowl is at least partially within the cavity. The seat can also include a removable cover disposed over and at least partially enclosing the base and the waste receptacle.
Abstract:
The present invention provides methods for producing allele libraries and vectors for producing these libraries. The present invention also provides methods of identifying interaction domains between proteins. The vectors, kits, and methods of the present invention suitably utilize recombinational cloning to efficiently generate and screen full-length mutant alleles of target sequences of interest.
Abstract:
A packet comprises at least two opposing sidewalls comprising a more rigid flat and a film pouch; and an expressing-shaped first closure end and a second closure end; the sidewalls and closure ends defining an enclosure; wherein at least the more rigid flat comprises a rigid material that can be folded or rolled to compress the enclosure to express a content through the expressing shaped closure end.
Abstract:
An apparatus and method for improving local illumination by a cutting implement, such as scissors or shears and the like. The apparatus includes a pair of cooperating shear bodies rotatably coupled to each other about a pivot for opening and closing movements, each shear body including a blade having a pivot portion surrounding the pivot, a shank, and a finger grip; and an illumination system, coupled to the shear bodies and responsive to a rotational relationship between the shear bodies, for directing illumination into a field-of-view that includes the blades wherein the rotational relationship is established by a switch coupled to the blades.
Abstract:
An apparatus and method for improving local illumination of a nail-cutting implement, such as clippers for human or animal nails. The apparatus includes a first plate terminating at one end in a first angled cutting edge; a second plate, coupled to and biased away from the first plate, terminating at one end in a second angled cutting edge springingly engaging with the first angled cutting edge; a shaft coupled to the plates proximate the cutting edges, for retaining a lever, the lever operating the plates in cooperation with the shaft to springingly engage and disengage the cutting edges relative to each other; an illumination system directing illumination into a field-of-view in an “ON” mode and the illumination system including an “OFF” mode in which the illumination system is inactive; and an illumination boom, coupled to one of the plates, for positioning the illumination system between a stowed position and an operating position, the stowed position engaging the OFF mode and the operating position engaging the ON mode to include the cutting edges within the field-of-view.
Abstract:
A dress up activity toy is provided. The dress up activity toy generates sounds in response to motion of a portion of the dress up toy. The dress up activity toy enhances the imagination of a user of the toy.
Abstract:
A viscous material dispenser comprises a container having at least two opposing sidewalls; a first closure end; and a second closure end; the sidewalls and closure ends defining an enclosure, and at least one closure end comprising an expressing shape and at least one sidewall comprising a crease running from the expressing shaped closure end to the other closure end to permit folding the container at the crease to express a content from an interior of the container through the expressing shaped closure end to an exterior.
Abstract:
A method of forming and filling a pouch, comprises forming opposing walls of a film; sealing the opposing walls of film together to form at least one pouch; filling an interior section of the at least one pouch through an opening in an upper portion of the at least one pouch with a flowable material; forming a top sealed expressing-shaped region to close the opening in the at least one pouch; and cradling the pouch with a foldable flat that is more rigid than the pouch that can be folded or rolled to compress the pouch to express the flowable material through the expressing shaped region.
Abstract:
an article of manufacture for dispensing a viscous material, comprising; a display card comprising at least one first crease at least partially along an axis of the card; and a viscous material dispenser, comprising a container suspended from the display card along the at least one first crease to permit folding the card at the crease to compress the container to express material from the container through a container tip.
