摘要: A steering gear includes a gear wheel, a screw pinion meshing therewith, and a screw pinion shaft that includes the screw pinion. The screw pinion shaft is mounted on one side of the screw pinion in a fixed bearing. The steering gear includes a rotary bearing which comprises an inner bearing shell and an outer bearing shell. The outer bearing shell is connected to an inner ring of a swivel ring. The inner ring is connected to an outer ring of the swivel ring by a torsion web so as to pivot about a pivot axis. The torsion web runs at a distance from a supporting surface. The distance is dimensioned such that the torsion web does not contact the supporting surface when the screw pinion shaft is not loaded with a torque, and partially contacts the same when the screw pinion shaft is loaded with an operating torque.

摘要: A method is described for operating a steering system (2) of a motor vehicle. A steering means (8) is connected to a steering gear (14) by means of an active steering system (4). During autonomous operation of the motor vehicle, a driver's intervention (40) in the steering means (8) is determined. The active steering system (4) is operated in such a way that a coupling (30) between an angle (26) of the steering means and an angle (28) input into the steering gear (14) is adjusted depending on the thus determined driver's intervention (40).

The second guide mechanism is configured to adjust an inclination of the housing, and includes at least one first guide plate and at least one second guide plate that are each movably connected to the housing of the steering column and to the bearing block so as to be axially movable with an adjustment of the inclination of the housing.

摘要: A belt drive has a drive gear, an output gear, a tensioning gear, and at least two belts. Each belt partly loops the drive gear and the output gear, and a strand of each belt partly loops the tensioning gear. A strand of a first belt loops the tensioning gear in one circumferential direction. This strand extends from the drive gear to the output gear. A strand of a second belt loops the tensioning gear in the other circumferential direction. This strand extends from the drive gear to the output gear. This belt drive achieves a large looping angle for the drive gear and the output gear, and correspondingly, a large transmission power. Additionally, the effect of the other belt enables a belt self-tensioning function which is independent of the rotational direction. Guiding the belts in this manner enables omission of an additional mounting of the tensioning gear.

摘要: The invention proposes a vane pump (VP) with adjustable delivery volume, which vane pump has a pump housing (G), a cam ring (KR) arranged therein, and a rotor (R) which is rotatably movably mounted therein. The vane pump (VP) has a regulating device (RV) through which the delivered pressure medium (DM) flows and which has two outlets (A1, A2) which are each connected to one of two pressure chambers (DK1, DK2) in order to charge these with regulable proportions of the pressure medium (DM), wherein, to change the eccentricity of the cam ring (KR) relative to the rotor (R), the two pressure chambers (DK1, DK2) act on the outer surface of the cam ring (KR). The vane pump (VP) has two criss-crossing control ducts (STK*, STK#) which connect in each case one of the outlets (A1, A2) to one of the two pressure chambers (DK1, DK2) in order to charge these with the regulable proportions of the pressure medium (DM). The criss-crossing control ducts (STK*, STK#) are preferably arranged in a cover (D′) of the pump housing such that the control ducts (STK*, STK#) are in a criss-crossing arrangement without coming into contact with one another. By means of this design, the vane pump (VP) can be easily reconfigured for a change in rotational direction of the rotor.

The elastic element is configured to provide play compensation for the respective guide arrangement and to transmit a torque that acts from the outer hollow shaft on the guide arrangement to the profile shaft.

摘要: A steering system for a trailing or leading axle of a vehicle includes a steering angle sensor for measuring a steering angle of wheels of a front axle of the vehicle, a driving speed sensor for measuring a driving speed of the vehicle, an electric motor that drives a hydraulic pump, and a working cylinder connected to the hydraulic pump for steering the wheels of the trailing axle. The system also includes a control device that determines a trailing angle of wheels on the trailing axle of the vehicle and actuates the electric motor in a corresponding manner. The working cylinder has a center position borehole via which hydraulic fluid is released from the working cylinder. A piston closes the center position borehole in the straight-ahead position of the wheels of the trailing axle. The center position borehole can only be closed by a piston seal of the piston.
