摘要: The disclosure relates to a pneumatic control system for a working cylinder, which pneumatic control system enables resistance-free manual motion of the device driven by the working cylinder in the event of a failure or switch-off of the compressed air supply and is independent of electrical supply. The problem is solved by means of a pneumatic control system having a double-acting working cylinder, the two chambers of which can be connected oppositely to a compressed air source and a compressed air outlet by means of a controllable supply device having two operating positions, an independently resetting 3/2-way valve switchable by means of a control pressure being arranged before each chamber in a connecting line to the supply device, which 3/2-way valves connect the chambers to bleeding outlets in a first switching position and to the supply device in a second switching position, and a parallel circuit of a check valve and a throttle point being arranged before each chamber, the check valves of which parallel circuits block in the backflow direction, wherein the two 3/2-way valves assume the first switching position in the idle position and can be switched by means of a common control line, which is connected to both connecting lines to the supply device downstream of the 3/2-way valves by means of a changeover valve, and the parallel circuits are arranged in the connecting lines downstream of the respective 3/2-way valves.

The control valve is moveable between a first position where the inlet is in communication with the outlet and a second position where the inlet and the outlet are isolated from each other in response to a predetermined amount of brake pipe pressure at the pilot. The control valve includes a spring biasing the control valve into the first position.

摘要: A hydraulic excavator drive system includes: a first hydraulic pump and a second hydraulic pump, whose respective tilting angles are controllable independently of each other; an arm main control valve and an arm auxiliary control valve each for controlling supply of hydraulic oil to an arm cylinder; and a boom main control valve and a boom auxiliary control valve each for controlling supply of the hydraulic oil to a boom cylinder. An arm operation valve outputs a pilot pressure to the arm main control valve. A boom operation valve outputs a pilot pressure to the boom main control valve. A pair of arm-side regulating valves outputs no pilot pressure to the arm auxiliary control valve and a boom-side regulating valve outputs no pilot pressure to the boom auxiliary control valve when an arm crowding operation and a boom raising operation are performed concurrently.

摘要: Disclosed is a hydraulic control system of a construction machine capable of achieving a reduction in meter-out pressure loss in accordance with variation of a negative load acting on a hydraulic actuator and capable of preventing deterioration in operability even when an abnormal condition arises in a pressure sensor detecting the magnitude of a negative load. There are provided meter-out flow lines through which a hydraulic fluid discharged from a hydraulic actuator flows; variable restrictors provided in the meter-out flow lines; a load sensor detecting the magnitude of a negative load which is a load applied to the hydraulic actuator by an external force and which is a load in the same direction as the operating direction of the hydraulic actuator; and a control device which, when the load abnormality sensor does not detect any abnormality in the load sensor, reduces the sum total of the opening areas of the variable restrictors in accordance with an increase in the magnitude of the negative load detected by the load sensor and the operation amount detected by the operation amount sensor and which, when the load abnormality sensor detects abnormality in the load sensor, reduces the sum total of the opening areas of the variable restrictors to a predetermined value in accordance with the operation amount detected by the operation amount sensor.

摘要: A void protection system includes a valve assembly, a second fluid source configured to provide hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic cylinder, an auxiliary valve configured to fluidly connect the hydraulic cylinder to the second fluid source, a sensor assembly, and a controller. The controller is configured to monitor fluid pressure within the hydraulic cylinder based on signals from the sensor assembly, based on a determination that pressure in a rod end or a head end of the hydraulic cylinder is below a first fluid pressure threshold, configure the valve assembly to fluidly connect the corresponding end to the first fluid source, and if the first fluid source is not operational, increase an opening of the auxiliary valve to fluidly connect the corresponding end to the second fluid source and cause the second fluid source to provide fluid until pressure in the corresponding end is above a second fluid pressure threshold.
