    摘要: The present application provides an aqueous, stable, VOC-free microemulsion based antimicrobial disinfectant and/or cleaning concentrate composition capable of inhibiting or killing gram(+), gram(−) and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) comprising (i) a water-soluble matrix composite made of (a) water-soluble polymer, and (b) water-soluble surfactant; (ii) a blend of antimicrobial agents comprising (a) at least one compound selected from phenols, halogenated phenols, derivatives of phenols, derivatives of halogenated phenols, bis -phenols, cresols, resorcinols, halogenated hydroxyl diphenylethers, anilides or combinations thereof; and (b) at least one compound derived from essential oils; and (iii) optionally, one or more additives.     摘要: Disclosed herein is an aqueous-miscible or aqueous-dispersible biocidal composition of BIT capable of exhibiting substantially enhanced biocidal activity with lesser minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) level at faster kill rate of gram-negative bacterial strains. The biocidal composition of the present application comprises (i) BIT, (ii) at least one cationic polymer and/or at least one cationic amine surfactant, (iii) optionally one or more sequestering agents, (iv) optionally one or more aromatic aldehydes, and (v) optionally, at least one additive. The composition is volatile organic compounds (VOC) free, heat and cold stable, and has a pH of about 3.0 to about 8.5. Also, disclosed is a process for preparing the aqueous-miscible and aqueous-dispersible compositions and their applications in various fields.

    摘要: A phosphate-free, highly-concentrated aqueous dispersion composition comprising at least one biocide, sulfosuccinate based surfactant, block copolymer, suspending agent, and optionally an antifoaming agent and desired additives if any.     摘要: Disclosed herein is a process for the preparation of a stable sustained-release biocidal composition containing microencapsulated biocide and wherein the process comprises the steps of: (i) adsorbing the biocide onto an inert carrier by grinding to attain the required particle size and wherein the ratio of biocide; inert carrier is in the range of about 1:99 to about 99:1 (ii) optionally coating with an appropriate amine or imine compound or a water resistant film forming polymer and dispersing the resultant biocide encapsulated inert carrier in an aqueous medium in the presence of suitable dispersing agent (iii) adding at least one thickening agent to re-disperse the encapsulated biocide containing partial amount of non-encapsulated biocide if any and (iv) preparing an aqueous or solvent based sustained release biocide dispersion. Also disclosed is a stable, sustained-release biocidal composition prepared by such process and uses thereof.
