    摘要： A clevis hanger pipe support includes a bottom pipe-receiving portion and a top portion for coupling to structure such as a threaded rod. The portions are releasably held together by an unthreaded fastener, such as a retaining pin or a retaining bar. The top and bottom portions of the clevis hanger have respective apertures which, when aligned, allow the fastener to be inserted or removed, thereby mechanically coupling or de-coupling the top and bottom portions of the clevis hanger. When the apertures of the top and bottom portion are misaligned from one another, extraction of the fastener from the apertures is prevented. The apertures may be elongated slots. The fastener may be a suitably-shaped pin or bar.

    摘要： A urinal outlet device including a hollow perforated cage for retaining one or more effluent treatment blocks within the cage. The cage is provided with spacing means, in the form of spikes on the inside of the cage for holding the blocks at a spaced distance from an inside surface of the cage. The cage, spacing means, are dimensioned, shaped and positioned relative to the blocks and an outlet flow of effluent from the urinal so that, in use of the device, the blocks are spaced from a surface of the urinal whilst enabling the one or more blocks to be exposed to the flow of urine. Where the urinal is a water flushable urinal, the blocks are held substantially out of the main flow of flushing water flowing to the outlet of the urinal to prolong the life of the blocks without impairing their ability to disinfect and deodorise the urinal.

    摘要： The box support system uses a channel shape one piece slotted strut and a twist spring snap clip. The strut ends are bent opposite the legs of the channel to form spring separable fingers which snap over and lock behind the bulb on the stem of a Tee bar. The slots of the strut are centered transversely providing two equal shelves on each side. The slots are positioned asymmetrically longitudinally so that a box may be supported anywhere between spaced Tee bars. If it will not fit because of unslotted areas, it will fit if the strut test is turned end-for-end. The spring snap clip includes a V-shape body forming a pointed nose. The two legs of the body have shouldered necked portions adjacent outwardly extending feet which terminate in upwardly extending toe tab. Opposite shoulders at the neck include oppositely angled spring locking talons. Box assembly is obtained by inserting the clip through the center knockout in the back of a box with the toe tabs entering two smaller holes on each side of the knockout. Then using the box as a handle for the clip the clip is inserted into the slot and the clip-box assembly is twisted 90.degree.. The talons rake over the shelves on each side of the slot limiting the twisting to one direction until the toe tabs projecting slightly through the box back wall snap into the slot.

    摘要： A pipe support includes a base, and a clamp that fits onto a protrusion of the base. The clamp and the base protrusion have opposed rigid pipe-receiving surfaces, thus defining a pipe-receiving area or region between the surfaces. In this area one or more pipes of various sizes may be removably secured. Asymmetric teeth on both the protrusion and legs of the clamp, may be utilized to secure the clamp to the protrusion of the base. The base has a flat bottom for resting flat along a flat surface, such as a roof or ceiling surface. The flat bottom may have an upturned lip to prevent damaging of the flat surface during installation of the pipe support. The flat bottom may also have drainage passages or a channel that may facilitate drainage of rainwater off of the top side of the flat bottom.
