A novelty timepiece including a display means for displaying at least the time of day and an estimated number of years remaining until the death of the timepiece owner, a power source and a means for driving the display means powered by the power source, whereby not only is the time indicated on the display means, but also the owner of the clock can readily determine the estimated number of years remaining in the owner's life.

A gun sight system including a front sight portion and a rear sight portion. The rear sight portion comprises a truncated triangle and the front sight portion comprises a triangle substantially the same size and of the same inclined angle as a truncated portion of the rear sight portion. When the front and rear sight portions are vertically and horizontally aligned, an image of a complete triangle is formed for the user and a target is placed on a top point of the triangle of the front sight portion.

A portable source of irradiation which emits only UV light with no visible light component for illuminating and exciting objects containing materials excited by UV light including an opaque housing, a source of substantially only UV light with no visible light component provided in the housing, and a power source for the source of the substantially only UV light provided in the housing. Preferably the source of substantially only UV light includes an UV LED and a high pass filter lens provided on an optical axis with and in front of the source.
