    摘要: A method is disclosed for forming narrow thermal silicon dioxide side isolation regions in a semiconductor substrate and MOS or CMOS semiconductor devices fabricated by this method. A thin stress relief layer is used in conjunction with a polysilicon buffering stress relief layer on the surface of a semiconductor substrate prior to the field oxidation process to restrict lateral silicon dioxide expansion thereby permitting the creation of narrow thermal silicon dioxide side isolation regions in the semiconductor substrate. A silicon dioxide layer is also used between an amorphous polysilicon (buffering stress relief) layer and a silicon nitride layer to function as an oxide cap, to avoid undesired pitting of the amorphous polysilicon layer, and to avoid interaction between the silicon nitride and amorphous polysilicon layers in areas of high stress.

    摘要: A method in an example embodiment includes correlating a first set of event data from a private network and determining a local reputation score of a host in the private network based on correlating the first set of event data. The method further includes providing the local reputation score of the host to a security node, which applies a policy, based on the local reputation score of the host, to a network communication associated with the host. In specific embodiments, the local reputation score of the host is mapped to a network address of the host. In further embodiments, the first set of event data includes one or more event indicators representing one or more events, respectively, in the private network. In more specific embodiments, the method includes determining a local reputation score of a user and providing the local reputation score of the user to the security node.

The swing device features a highly balanceable and sophisticated pendulum designed to absorb the natural swing energy of a human body during running. While the pendulum is swinging, a microswitch will turn on or off to transmit every signal to an IC where precise number of running steps is calculated. In the surface of the box body, a hanging ear is equipped so that the device can be hung on the waist. On the face of the box body is a display and four control keys are equipped to control and lay out all the designed functions of this invention.
