摘要： Successively-delivered liquid pulses are led into an elongated hollowed handle of a size and shape to be grasped by the human hand. A nozzle, mounted to the handle, delivers those pulses against the teeth and gums of the user. Also mounted to the handle is a toothbrush for scrubbing the teeth and massaging the gums. Included within the handle are elements that cooperate to drive the toothbrush relative thereto.

摘要： An oral hygiene apparatus produces a succession of water pulses at a predetermined pressure and those pulses are delivered to a handle shaped to be grasped by the human hand. An elongated nozzle projects outwardly from the handle, the shape of the handle permitting the water pulses to be directed against the teeth and gums of the user. A reservoir that forms part of the handle contains a liquid to be selectively dispensed along with the water pulses. The reservoir is coupled into communication with the flow path of the water pulses. A controllable valve selectively opens communication to enable the conveyance of the liquid into the flow path and in response to the receipt of the water pulses within the handle.

摘要： An alarm system signals an attempt at intrusion through an opening framed to receive first and second panel members movable between opening and closing positions, as specifically shown in the form of a sliding glass door and screen door combination. An electrical switch mounted upon one panel has an element responsive to a magnetic field for developing a signal. A magnet mounted upon the other panel is productive of a magnetic field that interacts with the element of the switch upon movement of both the first and second panels to their closed positions. A signaling device coupled to the switch yields an alarm indication upon the beginning of the movement of either one of the panel members away from its closed position.

摘要： A food grinder has an upstanding base unit within which is included an electric motor. A worm-driven gear linkage serves to deliver motion from the motor. Defined in one side of the base unit is a receptacle within which is received a cassette. The cassette includes a food grinding mechanism which receives motion from the linkage so as to operate that mechanism.
