    摘要: A rotary joint includes a first part and a second part configured to rotate around a rotation axis against the first part. The first part has a first magnetic core, a sliding brush, and a capacitive data link component. The second part has a second magnetic core for coupling power with the first magnetic core, a sliding track for galvanic coupling with the sliding brush, and a second capacitive data link component to transfer data from and/or to the first capacitive data link component. To weaken magnetic stray fields from the magnetic core, the rotary joint is a disc-type rotary joint, and the sliding track is arranged radially between the second magnetic core and the second capacitive data link component.

    摘要: A waveguide structure includes a first waveguide section mechanically and electrically connected by a fixed connector to a second waveguide section. The waveguide sections include a dielectric material with a ground layer and a conductor structure with a pair of elongate conductors. The fixed connector includes a dielectric material with a pair of contact pads insulated from a ground layer. The fixed connector is attached by its top side to the bottom sides of interface sections of the waveguides sections forming a ground contact. The interface sections each comprise an intermediate conductor from each of the elongate conductors at the top side to the bottom side of the dielectric material. The intermediate conductors are connected via the contact pads.

    摘要: A slipring assembly comprises a slipring module having at least one slipring track which is in electrical contact with at least one slipring brush. The slipring module includes an isolating body holding the at least one slipring track. Furthermore a heating element is embedded in the slipring module to generate heat within the slipring module and to increase the temperature of the at least one slipring track. This allows increasing the temperature of the slipring module to an optimum operation temperature and further to remove humidity from the surface of the slipring track.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing a slipring module comprising a plurality of sliding tracks and an insulating body. The method includes: making a monolithic sliding track component preferably by a 3D printing process. The monolithic sliding track component comprises a plurality of sliding tracks, multiple connector for electrically connecting the sliding tracks, and at least one strut for mechanically interconnecting the sliding tracks and the connector to form a monolithic sliding track component; inserting the monolithic sliding track component into a mold; filling the mold with an insulating material such as a plastic material, and curing the plastic material; removing the molded product forming a slipring module from the mold, and removing the at least one strut from the slipring module.
