    摘要： Disclosed is a brake disk. The brake disk includes a friction part having a coupling aperture within a center thereof and a plurality of recessed portions repeatedly formed at a predetermined interval along an inner circumference of the coupling aperture, in which bevels protrude from inner surfaces of the recessed portions, respectively. The bevels are tapered along upper and lower sides thereof toward protruding centers. The brake disk also includes a hub having a plurality of protrusions inserted into and attached to the recessed portions when coupled to and received in the coupling aperture of the friction part via a cast-bonding method, along a circumference thereof.

    摘要： Disclosed are a method of manufacturing cage for a constant velocity joint and a cage for a constant velocity joint manufactured using the same for providing a cage having improved hardness, strength, and elongation while having a structure with a uniform core part and surface and for ensuring economic feasibility by reducing manufacturing time. The method includes a cutting operation of forming a structure having an outer shape by cutting a cylindrical pipe, forming an outer circumference of the cut structure to have a curved surface thereon, performing a turning operation on a surface of the formed structure, a punching operation of forming a window in the surface of the structure on which the turning operation is performed, a broaching operation of processing an edge of the window formed via punching, and a heat treatment operation of fully hardening the completely broached cage via austempering.

    摘要： Disclosed is a brake disc manufactured from heterogeneous materials and a method for manufacturing the brake disc. The brake disc includes a friction part in which a connection hole is formed in a center, protrusions and recesses are alternately repeated along a circumference of the connection hole, the recess has a shape curved in an opposite direction of the connection hole. The brake disc also includes a hat part that is made of material different from that of the friction part, and has insertion grooves formed along an outer circumference so as to allow the protrusions to be inserted. Particularly, heat radiation holes are formed along the circumference of the connection hole at predetermined distance by connecting insertion parts of the protrusions to the insertion grooves of the hat part with a predetermined gap from an inner surface of the friction part. Also provided is a brake disc manufactured from heterogeneous materials having excellent durability.
