The hub is plugged by its internal toothing onto the shaft with external toothing such that the external toothing is in engagement with the internal toothing. The shaft has an annular groove, e.g., an annular groove, that extends around completely and/or uninterruptedly in the circumferential direction. An annular spring, e.g., a spring ring, is arranged in the annular groove, and the annular groove is arranged, e.g., centrally, in the external toothing.

摘要: Disclosed is a brake arrangement for a tracked vehicle. The brake arrangement comprises a brake housing. Said brake arrangement is journaled in bearings in connection to a drive unit driven drive axle configured to rotate a drive wheel member. Said brake arrangement comprises a set of ring shaped friction elements arranged about said drive axle and configured to be pressed together in the axial direction for providing a braking function. Said set of friction elements comprises a first end friction element being the outermost friction element against which pressure is configured to be provided for said braking function. Said first end friction element has a thickness in the axial direction which is thicker than the remaining set of friction elements so as to facilitate distributing an even pressure on said set of friction elements when said set of friction elements are pressed together for efficient friction braking function.

摘要: A braking device has a portion having a braking surface adapted to come into contact with an opposite facing braking surface to apply a braking action, the braking surface being circumferentially free from obstacles to allow relative rotation between the braking surface and opposite facing braking surface when mutually in contact, and defining, in any point with respect to a revolution axis if the braking surface is fixed, or a rotation axis if the braking surface is rotative, an axial direction, a radial direction, a circumferential direction, and a tangential direction. A support connecting portion is radially outside the braking surface, either radially away from or outside the braking surface or either radially close to or inside the braking surface. A cooling portion, included circumferentially and laterally to the support connecting portion, has a plurality of axially through-openings adapted to increase a heat exchange surface and unadapted to create connecting surfaces.

摘要: A disc brake hub and rotor assembly for a heavy-duty vehicle. The disc brake hub and rotor assembly includes a hub receivable on and rotatable about an axle spindle of a heavy-duty vehicle. A rotor is connectable with the hub for rotation with the hub. The rotor includes a disc segment, a flange mounting segment, and a cylindrical sleeve segment connecting the disc segment and the flange mounting segment. A flange is connectable with the flange mounting segment and separately with the hub. The flange mounting segment of the rotor has an inboard facing surface at least part of which is for engaging head portions of wheel studs. The inboard facing surface is substantially planar and free of wheel stud clearance reliefs. A transition region is located between the flange mounting segment and sleeve segment and is also free of wheel stud clearance reliefs.

摘要: A brake disc for a friction brake of a transportation vehicle includes a friction portion having at least one friction surface and a fastening portion for fastening to the transportation vehicle, wherein the friction portion and the fastening portion are formed on a base body of gray cast iron or steel, and an anti-wear layer is applied to the friction portion as the friction surface by laser deposition welding. The anti-wear layer on the base body is continued beyond the friction surface into a region that is angled relative to the friction surface, and ends in that region, and is applied in the angled region of the base body with full coverage and without any gaps to the base body. Surface portions outside of the friction surface are provided with an anti-corrosion layer which overlaps the anti-wear layer in the angled region.

摘要: A brake disk includes a friction ring, a brake disk hat and a securing ring. The friction ring has an inner side, on which a plurality of projections and intermediate spaces for connecting the friction ring to the brake disk hat are disposed. The brake disk hat has, on its outer side, intermediate spaces and projections which correspond with the projections and intermediate spaces of the friction ring and are shaped to engage in a positively locking manner into the projections and intermediate spaces of the friction ring, with the result that the friction ring is connected fixedly to the brake disk hat so as to rotate therewith. The securing ring secures the friction ring on the brake disk hat in the axial direction. The securing ring includes a number of spring elements which are spaced apart from one another in the circumferential direction of the securing ring.
