    摘要: An internal combustion engine includes: a crankshaft; a starter motor including a motor shaft; a starter gear fixed to the crankshaft, for receiving a driving force from the motor shaft; a one-way clutch that is interposed between the crankshaft and the starter gear, the one-way clutch being configured to transmit a driving force from the starter gear to the crankshaft, and to block a driving force from the crankshaft to the starter gear; and a balancer including a balancer drive gear fixed to the crankshaft and a balancer driven gear that is driven by the balancer drive gear to thereby rotate. The one-way clutch and the balancer drive gear are formed integrally.

    摘要: A belt pulley decoupler for the drive torque transmission between a belt of a starter-generator belt drive and the starter generator is provided. A hub is fastened on a generator shaft of the starter generator. A decoupler spring is configured to transmit drive torque of the belt from the belt pulley to the hub when the starter generator is powered. A rotary stop has a stop part on the belt pulley and a stop part on the hub. The rotary stop is configured to transmit drive torque of the generator shaft from the hub to the belt pulley when the starter generator is driving the belt. The decoupler spring is loaded in both torque directions and participates in the transmission of the drive torque from the hub to the belt pulley when the starter generator is driving the belt.

The engine assembly may also include a pulley mounted rotatably on a shaft of the expander. The pulley may be coupled to the internal combustion engine in a force-transmitting manner via a belt drive. The engine assembly may further include a first driver plate connected non-rotatably to the pulley and a second driver plate arranged adjacent thereto and connected non-rotatably to the shaft. The engine assembly may additionally include a clutch device including at least one actuating device and a coupling wheel. The coupling wheel may contact the first driver plate and the second driver plate when the clutch device is closed such that the pulley is connected with the shaft of the expander in a driving manner.

    摘要: A starter for an internal combustion engine may include a support, an electric motor for driving a pinion in rotation, and a solenoid drive configured to axial adjust the pinion between an active position and a passive position. The solenoid drive may include a ferromagnetic plunger stop, a plunger axially adjustable, and a cylindrical coil arrangement surrounding a cylindrical coil interior. The plunger stop may include a cylindrical section projecting into the coil interior. The plunger may be arranged axially opposite the cylindrical section and, when the pinion is in the active position, protruding axially into the coil interior. When the pinion is in the passive position, a face-side plunger end may be arranged axially in a proximal end portion. The cylindrical section may extend into the coil interior such that a face end is closer to the proximal end portion than to a distal end portion.
