摘要： There is provided a network shopping system that contributes to the omission of the item to be purchased and the prevention of purchasing an unnecessary item. Information of equipment that each client possesses is stored in net member DB. A main item, an option, or an item having a tendency to be used at the same time, are associated with an item related thereto and stored in related item DB. When a user inputs individual identification information for authentication processing, the system searches net member DB to specify equipment that the user possesses. Next the system gains access to related item DB, searches a related item, and recommends the item to the user.

摘要： A user ID and a corporation ID for identifying an organization to which the user belongs are pre-registered in association, and the corporation ID of the organization to which the user belongs is specified based on a login name entered when the user logs in a shopping site by a terminal (S1). Based on the specified corporation ID, a user ID of a user which is associated with the same corporation ID is specified (S2). Based on the specified user ID, order placement information corresponding to the user ID is searched for (S3), and an order placement condition for a predetermined period, of the organization to which the user belongs is displayed on the terminal (S4).

The shopping server stores the generated estimation data at a shopping DB system. In response to retrieval of inventory status information for the items indicated by the estimation data stored in the shopping DB system, the shopping server updates the estimation data concerned in accordance with the retrieved inventory status information. The shopping server presents the updated estimation data to other client terminal in response to a request given by the client terminal which requested the estimation.

摘要： The shopping server provides an online shopping service with retrieving information of items handled, relations among the items, user's purchase history, user's request, and the like via the internet or the intrafirm network. The shopping server generates electronic catalogs personalized for each user based on the retrieved information so as to show useful and helpful information to each user. The catalogs are categorized in accordance with the purposes. Some of the categories are fulfilled by the automatic entry in accordance with the item relations or the user's purchase through the online shopping service, while the others are fulfilled by the user's arbitrary designation. The shopping server presents the generated catalogs to the users via the internet, so that the categories are switchable and customizable by the user.
