The electrophoretic display device includes a plurality of partition walls, sealing materials, a display solvent, and a second substrate. The partition walls are formed at a first substrate, and respectively define a plurality of unit pixel regions. The sealing materials are formed on the partition walls. The display solvent includes a plurality of charged particles and a solvent, and is filled into the unit pixel regions. The second substrate is adhered to the sealing materials to seal the unit pixel regions.
